Dominic at Vodafone Winchester
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dominic at Vodafone Winchester, and I must say, the service was exceptional! From the moment I got in touch, he was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered promptly, and all problems resolved.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Vodafone online service which I would rate ZERO. Some other people in the same office were less helpful.

Good service
I am really glad and appreciate the service and patience of Dominic who keeps me updated about the progress of my application for an upgrading my plan. I also would like to commend Alex or Alexi not totally sure his name, he suggested an idea about the plan that suits to me and the plan that I really wanted. I believe he is the store manager. Excellent service

Harvey was brilliant

Outstanding Experience
I have just visited Vodafone in Winchester.
I was greeted by Alexei & his team ,Harvey & Jack . They were courteous , knowledgeable and very approachable. Their customer service was second to none , even offering to get my wife and I a coffee. I’ve been with Vodafone along time & this is the greatest experience we have ever encountered in their shops .
I highly recommend.
