I had a really excellent experience thanks to Shahzaib at the Vodafone store in Woolwich. He was incredibly kind, smart, and above all very knowledgeable. In a very short time he managed to arrange two contracts quickly and professionally, explaining everything clearly and with great patience.
You can tell he’s a great salesperson, but also someone who genuinely cares about the customer and finding the best solution. Impeccable service — highly recommended! 👏

Excellent service from the new member Moin
I recently lost my iPhone 14 Pro and I went into Vodafone and the newest team member Moin took me and my grandfather in to purchase the new 17 Pro. He was so quick and efficient at delivering the product. I was really impressed by his ability to make good deals as I work in property management. Moin is also a funny person so, definitely look for him in the store for a cool experience.

Internet failure
Internet failed gradually to zero. Customer/technical service claimed there were no problems and that I had great signal and I suggested I buy myself a signal enhancement device despite my telling them i was standing right over the router, and it was likely thats where the fault lies! Then suggested I upgrade to receive a free router! Clueless and dishonest!
