Came in today to upgrade my phone and felt as ease as I was seen by Tom, he helped my upgrade as well as set me up with a dongle and a tablet all for less than what I was paying before, he’s an absolute gem to the store and Vodafone should be delighted to have him as an employee.

Worst service I have ever had from anyone.
I applied to switch from TalkTalk to Vodaphone on 3rd March 2025. The whole experience has been a nightmare. First Openreach would not connect to my house because the telegraph pole they use had not got a current safety certificate. By the end of April Vodaphone gave up trying to get the issue resolved so cancelled my order. A new order was raised 9th May. Finally we had an engineer pass the pole off as safe to climb and we were connected to the internet. Unfortunately the phone would only make outgoing calls and not receive incoming calls. Despite many phone calls to Vodaphone, TalkTalk and BT we still are not able to receive incoming calls. My wife and I are both in our 70’s. We have mobile phones but because we do not have a signal where we live we are not able to take calls on these devices either. It is now 5 months and we still do not have a fully functioning phone.

I completely empathize with your frustration. After switching to Vodafone, I understand that Openreach couldn't connect you on the first attempt due to safety concerns. Thankfully, on your next order, you were able to get your broadband connected. However, I see that you're now experiencing issues with incoming calls. I have vodaphome as a secondary number and couldn’t get it to work (user error).
He spent time to explain it all to me, set me uo with the app and walked me through everything I needed to do.
Now I have my phone working as I wanted it.
