Jake and Rachel are the most welcoming…
Jake and Rachel are the most welcoming staff in this store, I came in just browsing around at the newest phones and they answered every question I had about the devices I was looking at, even though they knew I wasn't actively buying they didn't treat me any different from a paying customer. Will buy from them in the future

The staff at this Manchster branch were wonderful so so helpful and professional. Nothing was any trouble at all. I thoroughly recommend this branch for its excellent service. The advisor Racheal was our helpful assistant who expertly guided me whist I was renewing my three phone accounts together with my son.

Very helpful & friendly
Rachael was amazing. Going through all the best options for broadband for my busy household! Explained everything fully to help me make a clear decision. After doing a spot check on my account, Rachael identified areas where I could also benefit & made the changes.
Great all round staff team, good atmosphere. Only complaint was the IT response/help desk prolonged response - but this was out of Rachael's hands

I recently visited the Vodafone UK…
I recently visited the Vodafone UK store in Wythenshawe and was impressed with the service. The staff, including Jake and Jen, were patient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They helped me and even sorted out services for multiple family members with ease. Really good customer service overall. Would recommend to others. 4/5 stars!
