I recently visited the Vodafone UK…
I recently visited the Vodafone UK store in Wythenshawe and was impressed with the service. The staff, including Jake and Jen, were patient, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They helped me and even sorted out services for multiple family members with ease. Really good customer service overall. Would recommend to others. 4/5 stars!

Jake is endlessly patient
Jake is endlessly patient, matured in dealing with customers, especially those handicapped technically. I was infinitely enthused by his efficiency, thoroughness and smiling facial expressions even when put under pressure. He never gives until he gets you going.
I came for a minor adjustment on my old phone but his sense of service and customers attention compelled me to buy a new phone and sim contract. I will forever be with Vodaphone because of this guy, Jake. He deserves an assignment to higher position, especially in dealing with public customers.

Very Good overall experience
Good overall experience, very nice cool guy Matthew assisted me very pleasantly, the other two ladies including Racheal were nice too. I would definitely recommend Vodafone Wythenshaw they cool, chill and professional.
