I'm very happy with Vodafone. Good customer service decent offers however the only problem is the coverage in my area it's always 1 bar. Other than that I would recommend for people who want a all rounder.

Abysmal service
Abysmal service, been with them three months and each and every month had problems, convinced to upgrade and still have problems, service just stops working even on the ultra hub package and evo service. Steer clear unless you like poor service and being constantly lied to. I’m now exiting with no leaving fees as agreed.

Sally rocks!!!
Sally helped me get a new iPhone 16e and was so kind, calm, cheerful, and knowledgable. She really took the time to walk me through the various options available, explaining them clearly and giving great advice. She really made the whole experience so enjoyable. I got myself a new phone today
I got myself a new phone today, I had hannah serving me and she was such a nice salesperson. She wasn't pushy at all and was a very bubbly person. There was no stress with getting this new phone, she definitely helped to make it a great experience. I would definitely recommend hannah 😊

Excellent service
I visited the store on Saturday after having troubles with my android phone. The young lady, Sally, that served me, was great and friendly. I will definitely be visiting the store again if Sally would be the person serving me.

Repeatedly fobbed off by Indian call centre.
I decided to switch to Vodafone full fibre because they offered a digital voice landline with 'simple one click switching' After 5 weeks, 4 promised completion dates and 2 complaints, I still haven't got a working landline. I've spent ages talking to the Indian call centre, having to spell every single thing because they can't understand me ,and the online assistant is always 'out of hours' even though it's meant to be 24/7 ! I've just lost all trust after having been given assurances it would be working if I just wait another week.

Sally is an absolute asset to this company! The second I walked in I had a warm welcome by Sally, who talked me through everything with patience. As someone who left Vodafone a few years back due to their bad service, Sally has definitely won me back as a customer. A raise is most definitely needed!

Staff not particularly helpful or…
Staff not particularly helpful or professional, someone eventually came over to assist but they weren't sure how to so went to ask the manager. I was eventually given a new pin for the business phone account but it didn’t work. Overall quite a waste of time and effort.

If I could give 0 stars I would
I’ve given a one star rating however if I could give 0 I would. I have called vodafone over 5 times now with the issue still not being fixed and the issue has been caused by them! I traded in my old phone last year and had credit on my file in which I was paying my air time plan on, the credit ran out and vodafone didn’t contact me. I found out my credit had ran out by my mortgage being declined!! So you can see the stress this is causing me. I have since paid the bill and asked me to remove the credit markers which I have been told was done, I then find out today this has not been completed after I’ve spoken to about 5 different people. The issue is everytime you speak to someone they tell you something different which is now why I can’t trust what they tell me on the phone. This on top of the issues I had when I initially upgraded my phone with them is why I would never use vodafone again! I’ve have asked to speak to a manger and to date have not had a call. I would welcome a call from a manger by the latest tomorrow.

Pleasant, helpful employees.
Just converted from EE to Vodaphone.
The staff in the shop in York City centre (Particularly Max) helped my wife and I negotiate the changeover which included the purchase of new mobile phone/contract along with broadband for home.
The process was not without hiccups but they were dealt with both professionally and in such a friendly manner. Well done Vodaphone.

Excellent Customer Service
I walked into the Vodafone York Shop with no phone, stressed as my old phone had crushed for over 24hours.
A gentleman called Max then assisted me. He calmed me down and assured me that all is going to be fine. I walked out with a brand new phone and happy. Max, well done for the excellent customer service. Vodafone Shop in York is the place to be. Keep it up Max!
