Great service from Niki
Tried to get a deal that was sent to me via email. The online chat agents couldn't find it, however popping into the York branch, Niki was a fantastic help finding what I needed. Great customer support, good chat, sorted everything out for me and back on my way, thank you! I also left my bag my accident and Niki saved it for me for when I came back much appreciated.

Nightmare
So, sent another booster to me and signal still drops. Trying to watch a film tonight and WiFi disappears half way through. I feel like putting all the crap Vodafone equipment in a bag and throwing it in the river. Clearly some people have a great experience judging by the good reviews but trust me you won’t want to risk having this experience. I’ll try phoning customer service for the ninth time to see what they can fob me off with.

Phone trouble

Efficient, reliable and commendable service from both Gina + Hannah.
From start to finish I was reassured by Gina that she’d work her magic in transferring the number of a lost sim. Using an old iPhone 11 was hindered with a shadow of doubt.
Accompanied later on by Hannah they were the perfect duo creating not only an ambient atmosphere but a helpful and informative process should it ever happen again.
Tipping my hat off to the team at Vodafone Parliament street. 5 stars well deserved!

How disapointing
How disapointing. At first initializing and connection of the new broadband business service went very smoothly. Customer service was attentive and helpful. Sadly this fell short with the VOIP/ Landline connection. It has been a week now and we are still without a phone line which was promised by today after many attempts to get satisfaction. The phone call promised today did not transpire either. It is nearing the 14 day cut off where we will have to make a decision to stay or go. Customer service is great when things are going well!

Our visit to the vodafone store
On our arrival we had to wait a short while. We were then seen by a lovely person called Caitlin. She was relatively new to the company, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and understood our needs. It took awhile for everything to be finalised as the computers were on a go slow but Caitlin gave very good customer service. Going into the store again at a later date and will be asking for Caitlin

Excellent Service
I was having problems activating my 7GB unlimited calls and texts 30 day bundle. Jay and Luke walked me through the process and I was good to go by the time I left the shop. They were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional and I would recommend them and Vodafone York.

Phone upgrade
If you want to buy or upgrade your phone then this is the place to go. All the staff were polite and courteous and in particular Hannah who dealt with us was just how you would like the process to be no pressure to buy or pushed into a contract you don’t want very informative and helpful with good understanding in finding what would work for the individual.
