Above & Beyond

I met a young man , Ben working at Vospers today who was so helpful in repairing my Motorhome wing mirror that a tree branch had whacked and did some damage. He took the time to look at what had happened and made sure the wing mirror was all working with the correct spare parts fitted. It’s not often you meet an employee that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thankyou Ben.

I spent £4,500 on a repair bill

I spent £4,500 on a repair bill, and it never got fixed. Took it back over 3 times. A con company.

I have bought a lovely car from Vospers…

I have bought a lovely car from Vospers today .. the whole experience was person centred, extremely helpfu, knowledgeable and non pushy. “Carlsberg don’t do used car salesman but if they did they’d be like Mike Jones!”

From my initial phone call enquiry…

From my initial phone call enquiry about a used car to John A at Vospers Exeter my experience was professional and stress free.
John initially provided me with a video of the car I was interested in purchasing as I was travelling from Bristol and didn’t want to waste my time if the car wasn’t suitable for me.
Throughout my whole experience John was extremely professional, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

I did buy the car and John has also provided great after sales customer service as-well.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vospers to my friends and family when purchasing a car.

Mike Jones is just the person you need when buying a car. Mike was polite, extremely patient and not pushy at all. Mike explained everything in detail and was very knowledgable.
After reserving a car online Mike sent a video and kept in contact throughout the process. Both viewing the car and the handover experience were made simple and straightforward. Throughout the process I was made to feel welcome. A few minor issues after purchase were resolved by Mike swiftly. The overall experience was positive and I would definitely return.

The excellent service received from Vospers starts with the telephone call and follows on with the welcoming atmosphere in reception.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Vospers Exeter purchasing a new automatic Ford Tourneo Courier.
Exeter coordinated with Barnstaple well to allow for the home delivery to be as smooth as possible, making the whole process easier and trouble free. Especially to Marshall who went above and beyond by taking time out of his own day to personally show me how to operate the new vehicle.
I truly appreciate the extra effort provided and the overall excellent customer service provided by Exeter and Barnstaple!

Pleasant staff to deal with at Vospers…

Pleasant staff to deal with at Vospers Ford Exeter , the only thing that it wasn't so Pleasant it was being promised a Diamond Bright coating for free and I ended up having to pay £125.00 for it , this is very wrong from a big company like Vospers.
So far am Pleased with the car

One star rating is being kind.

We discussed a purchase of a 2022 van to which we asked multiple times if there was any damage to the vehicle, to which we were told only 'hedge scratches' and it's a really good quality van.
So we agreed to come take a look in person, bare in mind we were travelling far (a small 12 hour round journey), which the team knew.

When we arrived, we took a look at the van and instantly found a large list of damage to the vehicle such as the bonnet off centre, large & deep scratches, rear doors dented and did not line up, and a dent in the side which we were told was normal due to panel flex.

We were told this should be expected as ''vans are used on site and this van is now 3 years old''. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of a day.

Do not waste your time with Vospers.

BIG LETS DOWNS

Ordered a top of the range custom sport LATE 2024
Having been chasing this van for nearly one year, Nobody knew when this van was arriving. JOKE. Then i called two weeks ago to see what was happening. I was told it was landing within a few days no warning or courtesy phone call to tell me this , what a mess what a joke
This was my third van with them, so a deal was made on this one when ordered.I have an email stating my 2024 transit sport had equity so all good. How wrong was i.
No equity in van about £3000 in negative equity
Vospers did not try to help me and basically kept asking if i wanted this van. over and over
i waited a whole year for the van why would i not.
The salesmen just kept asking, i think they had someone lined up for my van as this was ordered on there price promise plus they told me this van would cost a few thousand pound more if i were to order today HMMMMMM. VOSPERS van centre left me high and dry now sat here very angry THAT I LOST MY VAN I had to tell them to keep the van They let me down and didn't stick to the deal i had. they said they knew nothing of this even though it was put in writing via an email from claire
Its a horrible feeling waiting a whole year for my 4th transit sport to be let down in that last week. did money come into the equations
gutted but i will never buy a van neither would i let someone i know go there either.
this is not the way to look after returning customers

New car purchase

I rang Vospers Exeter Ford sales to enquire about a new Puma electric. I spoke to Callum who was very knowledgeable and great to deal with throughout my purchase.
My enquiries where dealt with promptly and my new car was ready on time as promised.
The car is fantastic, loving driving electric.

Friendly no pressure purchase

After leaving a message on the Vospers online assistant service late in the evening, I received a call back the following morning from Sam. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided a comprehensive video of the vehicle that I was interested in. As I had never purchased a vehicle before and was having it delivered without having seen it in person, this was a new experience for me. However, I had no need to worry. The vehicle was delivered by their delivery team, who were absolutely brilliant and very helpful and friendly. The vehicle was exactly as Sam had described, and perhaps even better! I am extremely pleased with my car and the service provided by Sam and the team at Vospers.
I give them five stars.

Hawaii 5.0 - The Mustang

Fortunate enough to buy my dream car, a Ford Mustang from Vospers. The Vospers showroom is 4 hours from me and I bought unseen. However, the car was within my purchasing capabilities and looked how I fancied so I thought, if you’re going to be a bear be a grizzly so I reached out to the south.

Samuel was brilliant from start to finish: great communication, multiple detailed videos and transparent photos, he made the process totally smooth. The car was delivered by Chris, who was friendly and professional.

Samuel has supported me in this buying process from start to finish, and any question and qualm resolved to an exceptional standard from Samuel and the Vospers servicing team.

Main dealerships often get a mixed rep but Vospers were different — they set the bar for excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again despite living all this distance away.
