Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I wasted $18 on discount codes that just sit in my account and can't be used. I've emailed several times and never get a response. Stupid company.

I bought my father a Vudu card so he…

I bought my father a Vudu card so he could rent movies. The Vudu app I downloaded on my phone and tv would not mirror. Called customer service and they told me that Vudu doesn't work with fire stick, like W T F . Should work out the kinks before you sell a product. Also wouldn't reimburse me my $20. Told me to go to the place I bought it. Will never rent a Vudu movie again or vandago. In the end I took a $20 loss but they lose in the end.

VUDU is Poop!

I have been a member of VUDU for many years, not something to brag about! They were pretty crappy but fandango buying vudu has really made it a complete piece of poop! I had a free promo movie code from paramount, (I didn't remember I already had it) and greedy vudu took the code anyway??? F U fandango!!

Vudu turned into a piece of crap. Where some of your products won't work. I called 3 times trying to get my movies fixed and they haven't...asked for a refund, they agreed, then refused....now having to go through the steps again. I've been a member since 2015. I once rated them 5 stars but after this, I'm no longer using the Vudu service and you get one star because they sell bogus products and steal money.
....they hung up again.
Now I'm currently trying to call to get my credit card off their site but they are not picking up.

I was walking down Warwick street…

I was walking down Warwick street looking for a nice place to eat and drink . As I stood out side of Vudu
a female door lady approached me and asked are you ok ,are you looking to come in ? She said come in I will find you a table and get a sever over to help you . We are so impressed to have such wonderful service from you lovely door lady . That’s what I call fantastic customer service.
Vudu was so nice inside , we enjoyed are evening 👍🏻

NO REFUND GIVEN

I was not given a refund for a purchase that I didn't make. I will no longer use Vudu to buy or watch anything! Plus my PIN was somehow erased that was supposed to protect my account. Customer Service is no help at all!

Vudu's updates to Roku streaming…

Vudu's updates to Roku streaming devices disable kids mode and any pins you have set on the account to where unauthorized purchases can be made to your account. They are aware of the problem, they have been aware of the problem, they are not planning on fixing it any time soon, and if it happens to someone else after me, here are the time stamps to prove they knew about it to go to a lawyer to get your money back with screenshots. You're welcome.

Use literally ANY other streaming platform. Your information is not safeguarded with them.

Vudu is absolutly the worst company I have ever used. I am unable to sign because the website is the worst I have ever seen. It is next to impossible to sign in or edit any info.
This company stock will bite the dust like netflix's. If it is so damn hard to correct or edit info so you can sign in then Vudu can kiss my As*

Worst customer service ever. Really.

Vudu has the worst customer service of all time. I'm still waiting after many months for a response to 3 separate customer service communications. Requests were acknowledged, but nothing else. Search "Vudu customer service" online and you'll find lots of information about just how bad they are. Read the reddit postings about their customer service. Know before you buy. If you have any issue whatsoever with them (and lots of people do), you will not be able to get assistance. Period.

I paid $28.58 to see the matrix just for it to expire within 24 hrs! That is ridiculous! Anytime I order any movie it don’t give me my full rental time, and after you buy movies they just disappear some how. This is a awful app, don’t waste your money!!

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. The movie cut me off in the middle of watching it and wanted me to rent it again to watch the last 10 minutes. CSR was rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t offer a refund. They clearly don’t care about their customers. That’s why they are a crappy low tier service. The CSR left me in the middle of a phone call. I don’t know what happened. She just left in the middle of a conversation

Similar to Tubi: good for the free movies.

Similar to Tubi but not as good. You can often find movies that you'd have to pay to watch elsewhere. The app is easy to navigate. It runs smoothly on my Android phone and iPod. You can make a handy watchlist. If you stop in the middle of a movie or TV episode, you can later pick up right where you left off. A good option for their free movies if you don't mind commercials. Thanks, Vudu!

NBC Univesal owns Vudu now

NBC Univesal owns Vudu now. Since, contacting Vudu does no good, by phone nor email, contact NBC, and voice your opinion. Walmart support was slow sometimes, but since Fandango now took over, everything is dead in the water, shame on you!

They are thieves. i watched a FREE movie before christmas.. they charged me over 4$ for watching it.. i opened a dispute dec 13th with them over it and sent PICTURES proving it was listed as FREE ... the agreed it showed that and said the case would be sent to higher resolution... it is 1/19/22 and i have heard nothing back... iv called and cant get anyone iv emailed and gotten no replies .... this is rediculous i just want what they took back... sure when you sign up you give them access to charge you,.. but you dont expect them to just take money and then never respond again WORST THIEVING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ( side note they also try to take credits you have with them if not used "they expire" luckily i got that resolved by someone over phone)

I got a $19.99 charge on my Visa for the rental of a movie I had never heard of. I checked with everyone in my family and no one else had ever heard of it, either, never mind rented. When I contacted them I got an auto reply saying I would get a response within 72 hours. That was nine days ago. Nothing, despite my bugging them every day since day 5. Their customer service sucks.

“48 hours”

Once a movie is rented, it states you have “48 hours from the time you start watching said movie, to be able to watch the movie.”
I have not completed many movies. Once I go to resume a movie the next day, I’m told I must rent or buy the movie again. If it’s only 24hrs to be able to watch the movie, then say so. If not, give the full 48 hours, which is TWO DAYS. Not ONE.

I’ve had VUDU for almost 4 years

I’ve had VUDU for almost 4 years. I have had absolutely no problem with it. I would give VUDU 5 stars. My own WIFI has created occasional glitches. That’s been corrected. I certainly do wish that I had the option to delete a few movies that I have purchased.
