Easy to hire a car
Easy to hire a car, friendly staff to assist you on doing so.
One thing I would like to see change is I understand you have to pay an insurance which is refundable at the end of the hire. However this is stated you have to pay but it would be nice to know a figure to be be hit with a fee of £850 pound on hire on the day I was shocked and thanks to a family member I was able to continue. Someone else may not be able to do this.
Apart from that the car was clean inside and out.

Very pleased with my Hire car experience at VWFS.
Good service and very thorough.
Nice to actually get the car you ordered.
Possible only downside them not being open at the weekend, Saturday am would be useful.

Great experience start to finish
Great experience start to finish. Though the deposit was high but at least they took a debit card which was ideal in my case.

Far from a real rental company
there was no customers parking on site, the contract had no previous scratches of the car on the form, it took a while to check out and the return was even worse as if not returned before closing time on Friday I would have been charged for 2 extra days.

Excellent Service
Shannon and Paul could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. We were struggling to find a suitable car to take to France through other national companies. We came across VWFS and popped in to make enquiries and came out with the car we needed at a fantastic price. These guys were very patient with our endless questions about taking the car abroad. The car was as described and suited our needs perfectly . Shannon gave us our detailed explanation on pick up and Paul was fantastic on the car return.
We have already told our friends and family about the service and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Great service, price and a lovely car to drive
Thank you to Shannon who was on the phone to answer questions and then there when we picked up and dropped off the car. She made everything easy and seamless.
The car was fantastic and a pleasure to drive (with 4 adults and luggage for several weeks we needed a sizable boot).
I would happily recommend and would use again.

Wow Wow from booking it to arrival at the lovely showroom what an experience the lovely Shannon was on hand to process me and than handed over to fred to showed me around the car and controls, car was clean new and just a pleasant drive- i use Enterprise but will now be moving over to these guys.5*

I needed a larger SUV to take my family…
I needed a larger SUV to take my family on a long trip, I was able to hire a seven seat Skoda which was ideal. The pick up and drop off was a smooth experience with very friendly staff.

Straight forward and easy hire
Visited vw ipswich pre booked hire car, was seen by car hirer employee who was very helpfull and gave me information and prices, Picked up vehicle from hire firm was seen by a young ladywho sorted out all paper work and gave excellent service
