Pick up and drop off were relaxed and efficient. Michael was with us every step of the way. He made sure we had our phone connected before we took off, shared a little local knowledge, couldn’t have been more helpful. The Skoda Kodiac was the perfect choice for touring, with 3 kids. Plenty of seating and luggage space. A rare combination.

Excellent value and a friendly and straightforward pick up and return service. Operating from a large modern dealership rather than a rental desk is a huge advantage. I’ve used VWFS for a couple of years now and never had the slightest problem, happy to recommend.

Easy collection and return with Mike being very friendly and helpful. Rented the California Ocean for a few days, and the briefing from Mike on how things worked was excellent. I did find a few designs flaws with the vehicle and VW should do a better job with their designs.

We had an excellent experience with VWFS rent-a-car. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Due to a change in our accommodation arrangements, we asked for an earlier pick-up than planned and Michael couldn't have been more helpful. This is my third time using VWFS rent-a-car when visiting the UK and I have been completely satisfied on every occasion. I have recommended them to other UK visitors and they have also enjoyed an excellent experience. It's a world of difference from the hard sell 'extras' of car hire companies. Highly recommend.

Everything is good. But to be fair, we recommend that the company should fill up the gas tank for the customer before renting the car. And when the customer returns the car, the gas tank will be filled as well.

Both handover and reception of the vehicle were brilliant. Can’t ask for a better service. It was a brand new Cupra Leon PHEV which was a great way to test the brand and charging stations across the UK and Europe. Will definitely consider VWFS for an upcoming rental this year.

The best rental service I have used in a very long time. From the ease of booking on-line to the up front costs clearly set out, I couldn’t have asked for a simpler process. Collection is just as straightforward, speedy, and efficient; the team are friendly and helpful- shout out to David in particular! - and if you do have a few minutes to kill, the complementary coffee is great and you can admire some of the classic cars in the showroom. Definitely going to be my go to rental provider in future and one for the little black book.
