Wallpaper was as described, wxcellent valurle and great quality. Very happy.

Bought a roll of wallpaper via amazon from this company it was an older pattern and these were the only company that had it in stock as it was discontinued dpd tried to deliver but failed i let the company know and received a very nice phone call that very day explaining the situation they also put the last roll on standby for me incase the roll went awol received the roll I purchased today it was well wrapped and in a strong box customer service from these were 1st class I recommend them 100% thank you to the lady on the phone brilliant service

An excellent price for the wallpaper and even more importantly really helpful customer service. The phone was answered swiftly, the response was very helpful and the question resolved swiftly.

Absolutely amazing. The wallpaper collection is stunning. I chose several, and they sent me the samples immediately. I received them the next day. Then I chose one for my drawing room and the rolls arrived within 48 hours. I had two rolls left after decorating and they took them back. I'll use them again whenever I need wallpaper.

Booked my decorators in and showed them my carefully calculated order of rolls to which they requested more as what I’d purchased wasn’t enough and to purchase extra in same batch number from supplier. Usually I over order in wallpaper so had no idea how to actually do this. Thank heavens Tash in the sales team was there to guide me and help. Can not recommend their team and online sales branch enough. I usually order from a larger nationally recognised Wallpaper company but think I’ll go back to this company from now on as I know I’m in safe hands with them and any problems I have, they’ll help sort for me.

I have used this company before and would definitely recommend. They helped me out with an issue I had with not ordering enough paper even though it was a few months later, theyy managed to get the extra and with the same batch. Their customer service was excellent

Excellent customer service. I ordered some extra wallpaper to the original order as I liked it so much I decided to do a second wall with it. Ordered it on 22nd December and it arrived on Christmas eve!

I chose my wallpaper, paid for it and then had a panic. Only a couple of rolls, so I chose my preferred paper, reordered and paid. I received a confirmation email and mentioned that I no longer needed the previous order. It was my error, so I expected to lose the money. The lovely Chantelle emailed that she had refunded the original order, no fuss whatsoever. Compared to in the summer when a company didn't deliver part of my order (£250) and Im still chasing the refund 4 months later!

Two days later Chantelle rang to say there was a supplly issue, but she could get me my order in about 10 days. No problem. I crossed my fingers it would be in time.

Today, 5 days later, she called to say its in stock and on its way, express delivery courtesy of the company.

Excellent customer service for 2 rolls of wallpaper...however, I went back and spent nearly £400 as I was so impressed with Chantellle. Wallpaper Sales - she's a diamond!

Lovely company to deal with very fast delivery especially as decorator was worried might need more and he only had short time left before next job. Had to send it back in the end which wasn’t a problem. Delighted with my choice of wallpaper. Linda

Great customer service. I’d ordered wallpaper a few months ago for one wall then decided to order another roll for the rest of room. I had a phone call asking for the batch number which was really thoughtful. I didn’t need it as on the opposite side of the room. Quick delivery a couple of days after ordering.
