Great customer service. I’d ordered wallpaper a few months ago for one wall then decided to order another roll for the rest of room. I had a phone call asking for the batch number which was really thoughtful. I didn’t need it as on the opposite side of the room. Quick delivery a couple of days after ordering.

Excellent customer service. Website is easy to use. I purchased some Harlequin Wallpaper the price was the cheapest at the time I purchased it than any other supplier. Packaging was excellent the delivery time was very quick. I made a return the instructions to return where easy to follow and I got a quick return of my monies. Definitely will allows use them.

Great price and although the item wasn't available for a couple of weeks, I was informed at straightaway and it was then dispatched at the said time.

Wallpaper Sales will be my go to Company for Wallpaper. Choice and prices are great. Hesitant usually to purchase Wallpaper online but with Wallpaper Sales there are no issues. The Wallpaper is quality and the Customer service is excellent.

The service I received was faultless, Linda kept me informed of delivery times, and when I needed to order more rolls she made a point of prioritising their dispatch and they arrived within 24hrs. The communication was prompt, accurate and friendly throughout. The wallpaper arrived in perfect condition and the prices were lower than other companies. Now I've learnt that they are a small family run business, what could be better!!

I initially found the wallpaper i was looking for on the website. As I had a couple of questions I phoned the number clearly displayed on the site. The person who answered my questions was more than helpful and I proceeded with the order. Delivery was prompt and I was really happy that everything was correct. When the decorator started to paper the walls he pointed out I hadn't ordered enough paper. The service I then received when I phoned the company was exceptional, the member of staff went out of her way to arrange next day delivery, hunting down the same batch number for me, and the decorator was able to complete the papering. I would have no hesitation in using Wallpapersales again and recommend anyone to use them.

Full marks from me for just Wallpapers.co.uk. They stock a very wide range and pricing is very significantly lower than any other stockist I found.
The delivery was free and very prompt.
Additionally, just wallpapers accept returns for full credit. I returned one full roll that I had left with no quibble at all.
Their communication is efficient and polite.

Great customer service. You can contact them easily by phone or email. They were responsive and flexible about cancelling an order and providing a refund when I ordered the wrong colour wallpaper. I would highly recommend buying from here!
