Recently made two online purchases and collected from the shop in Whalley. Items ready for collection the day after. Staff very friendly and goods ready and waiting when I arrived to pick them up.

A first time customer of Wardrobe by Simone, I purchased a gorgeous embroidered cream dress with tie waist online. The delivery was fast and my parcel was wrapped very nicely, with a little tube of love hearts, which was a lovely touch. Friends shop here often and rave about Simone and her staff and the lovely clothes. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t find online. I rang the shop at 5.15, the phone was answered immediately, Simone found the jeans, took payment and delivered them to me the next day! How’s that for brilliant customer service!
