Recently made two online purchases and collected from the shop in Whalley. Items ready for collection the day after. Staff very friendly and goods ready and waiting when I arrived to pick them up.

The staff are always very cheerful
The staff are always very cheerful, helpful and polite. They are always very honest when customers are trying items on. Love popping in to see the new season of clothes x

Disappointed.. insignificant postage paid
Disappointed my parcel was delayed as not enough postage was paid. When I contacted the the shop to check, I was told to email my evidence for this. I did this only to have all emails returned undelivered. I advised the shop, no apology just told I had to try and find them on Facebook to share my evidence. I paid the postage myself, Disappointed as last time the service was very good. I'll think twice about another order.

It is a fabulous boutique which I visit often,staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, I ordered an item on the website and recieved it very quickly, but unfortunately had to return it,but refund was given promptly,

The clothes are great
The clothes are great , not too pricy and not too many of each style , you're unlikely to bump into someone wearing the same outfit .
The staff are kind, friendly and considerate.
The website gives me a taster of what's available and also sends emails when "out of stock" becomes available.
