Thank you for your 2nd review however as we have advised you on a number of occasions, you need to contact the police, file a report providing all the relevant details and evidence relating to the alleged theft of your wife’s ring.
A police report can then be filed with a reference number which you will then supply to your own insurance company and submit a claim.
The insurance company will assess your claim in detail and then agree to pay the claim or not.
You did send us a standard screenshot of a ring from the Tiffany corporate website and expected us to pay for it.
We are not your insurer, we provide an extended warranty on your vehicle.

My experience with warranty Assist was OK, but would say Dan is an asset to the company he dealt with my repairs and nothing was too much for him...he kept in contact with me throughout and I was very happy with the final result

Dan Garcia dealt with my claim and couldn’t have made it any easier, money was paid out once the final invoice was received as I chose to use my own garage. Great service and top man would highly recommend!

I spoke with sam today who was very helpful? Explaining the process perfectly and in a way i could understand, answered my questions when quering and also got back to me in a timely fashion regarding my claim. Couldnt have asked for better service

They've arranged for a local garage to have a look at my car and approved my expense. I had a clutch issue which now is resolved.

Ive never had an issue claims are always paid out quickly he always calls my customers and responds to me immediately! Do not buy this nor take when buying a car
This warranty is a sham; sold through the dealer the car was bought from. Had an engine warning light come on telling driver to pull over and take to garage, over the course of 3 weeks. We did this, let warranty assist know this was happening. Had a stretched cam belt and was advised to not drive the car in case it breaks. Warranty assist won’t pay out as they actually need the part to break whilst you are driving. They actually expected us to get back in the car and wait until it broke before taking it back. Any garage will tell you how dangerous that is! And then if we had done that and the car broke, they would no doubt have used the excuse that we knew it was damaged so why keep on driving. Total scam and waste of money. You will see the only good reviews on here are from dealers who have probably been told to leave a good review to push up their star ratings.

The vehicle had a stretched cam belt, which is not a sudden or unexpected failure.
No warranties covers failures that develop over time, causing a stretch. Warranties cause sudden and unexpected breakages and failures.
We assessed the claim as per the terms and conditions, and we did not advise you how to use the vehicle.
