Strap supplied was totally different from what supplied. Too small for my watch, even though I used the reference number on my watch. Would not recommend.

my order was cancelled but i was never notified. the gift i had planned to give did not arrive. they need a mechanism for notifying customers in cases like these. when i spoke with them about the tremendous disappointment, they offered no help to expedite or make it right.

My order wasn't able to ship due to back order. I was disappointed that this wasn't shown on the site when ordering. To their credit I did get a notification the next day and order cancellation was easy and prompt, no hassles. Overall a positive experience.

As stated in our numerous emails to you that you have also replied back to us on, the watch you ordered was on back order and it did not arrive to us before the payment information from PayPal was canceled. PayPal has since voided that transaction and no funds were ever transferred. We have also sent you proof of this and PayPal has corroborated it as well. Easy to use
I like this way of shopping my name is Steve Elliott and I placed an order a few weeks ago for a G Shock watch and it never arrived and I did not get much info back. Today I just re signed up an new account and re ordered the watch.....I will check my Visa to make sure I did not get charged with no product.
