Very Easy to use & find items.

When I was a kid, there was a local appliance store that advertised that "it was the putting right that counts" I never really understood why this was a good slogan until Now.

The transaction with Watchco had a couple of challenges and I found this very frustrating, but since then they have gone out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved and the item was delivered and they even cut me a great deal.

When things went wrong, they put it right

Merchandise arrived on time but tracking was behind.

My order was not shipped in a timely matter and I tried calling and that didn't work. They already hit my credit card before it shipped, which means the order had been processed. Waiting to hear back from an email.

Never received ANYTHING I have ordered this fast!

I did not get what I was expecting with my initial order, I had to return the watch at my expense and make another selection which is more than twice the cost. To some extent I share the blame because I assumed I was getting the Eco drive feature. However I'm sure I saw a web page that included that feature. Very confusing.

UPDATE - WatchCo responded saying that they were working on my problem and will issue me a refund. Up graded rating from 1 star to 4 stars. (1 star off for not emailing that they received and were working on my requests for help)

My order was shipped UPS Mail Innovations...... UPS says the Post Office has my package and the Post Office says UPS still has it.... UPS will not help me and says to call WatchCo and WatchCo doesn't respond to messages or email.

In 24 hours I am going to call Visa to have the charge reversed if I don't hear from WatchCo.

I understand the shipping issue isn't really WatchCo's fault, but not responding is. And shipping UPS Mail Innovations is NOT a good way to ship. My local Post Office says this is typical with UPS Mail Innovations.

Easy to navigate site with nice layout. Chose a Fossil watch to order and the promo code listed at the top of the page wasn't working. Called in and they resolved the issue and got me a promo code of equal value and the order placed successfully. Great customer service. Can't wait till I receive my new watch!

I placed and order with this company and paid extra to have the watch sent to me using Flat Rate - FedEx 2 Day Air (2 Business Days). Given that I paid for two day delivery I was expecting to receive the order in two days. Little did I know, that my order was sent via priority USPS ( 3 DAY DELIVERY SERVICE). When I contacted to inquire about the status of my order, the costumer service representative expressed that sometimes they make the choice to send packages using Priority Mail because it is faster. When I asked if my order could be cancelled because it wasn't going to arrive by the day I needed the watch, the costumer representative expressed that he didn't have the authority to help me, that I needed to send the company an email and that he would flag the email as important for a supervisor to read it.

Needles to say, the package arrived in 3 days. As a costumer, I think it is very unethical for a company to charge you for a service they re not planning to use especially if the cost is less than what the costumer paid.

I was having a hard time finding a Citizens watch i wanted and found one on your site $100 cheaper also. Needless to say i was thrilled. Can't wait to receive it.

WatchCo.com has been a great company to deal with. I am so pleased with their eagerness to help. I would definitely consider ordering through them again. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Great price, product, service and delivery!

The company has contacted me for follow-up several times, but they have said the product has had to be back ordered and won't be available for 10-15 days although that was not indicated at the time of order or when they called to confirm the order. I'll post the results of this later.
Followup: Company states delays were due to manufacturer not communicating accurately. They stayed in contact and made the situation right by providing the watch free of charge. I was pleased with their handling and will use them again. I would recommend this company.
