Excellent watch I loved it.

I contacted Tim over the possibly of selling two watches out of my current collection. The whole process was smoother than I could have hoped for, no sneaky price adjustments or fees. A GMT master II they had in stock quickly caught my eye, and before I knew it we were doing a part ex and I was walking away with a new watch.

Considering the whole process was conducted over email, I’m thoroughly impressed and can’t recommend them enough! I’ll definitely be back in the future for more.

Contacted BQ Watches for selling my wife’s watch, I received a fair estimate of the watch and was issued with a watch pack to post the watch for inspection and an accurate valuation, upon receipt of my watch Spencer and his team contacted me the following day with a better price than his estimate, within 1 hour the funds had been transferred to my bank account.

Ich wollte eigentlich eine Uhr bei dem Händler über Chrono24 kaufen, das wurde seitens des Händlers abgelehnt, eine Nachfrage blieb unbeantwortet.
Daraufhin habe ich es über die Webseite des Händlers versucht, aber auch nach 4 Wochen keine Reaktion.

Ein Händler mit Internetangebot, der auf keinerlei Anfragen reagiert, erhält von mir daher auch die denkbar schlechteste Bewertung.

aufgrund der Bewertung hat sich der Händler dann doch gemeldet und sich über die schlechte Bewertung beschwert - schliesslich hätte ich ja keinen Kauf getätigt... Stimmt, habe ich auch nicht behauptet, ich wollte zwar, aber er halt nicht und regiert hat er halt auch nicht.
Immerhin hat er jetzt eien Begründung für seine Ablehnung geschrieben, nämlich, dass mehrere Uhren in der letzten Zeit beim Versand verschwunden sind und er deshalb keine Uhren mehr versendet... interessanterweise bietet er die Uhren immer noch international an und kein Wort davon, dass kein Versand stattfindet... WTF? Schon interessant: hey, hier könnt ihr meine Uhren kaufen, aber versenden will ich die nicht.
Ausserdem würde er ja auch Anfragen antworten, ich habe ihm dann einen Screenshot aus der App geschickt, die zeigt, dass er eben nicht reagiert hat, die Anfrage auf der Website kann ich leider nicht belegen, da es keine Email Bestätigung gab und ich auch keinen Screenshot gemacht habe.
Na ja, also jeder kann da sicherlich eine Uhr anfragen, vielleicht gibt es dann auch eine Antwort, aber da ja eh kein Versand erfolgt...

He was very efficient, communicated well, and we agreed on a good deal.
