LI have bought 3 Rolex models from this company and Tim is a pleasure to deal with, I was originally recommended by a friend who runs a successful business near where I live, and has bought several Rolex’s from this company, I do not mind paying a premium for a top notch condition watch, as the saying goes.....You buy cheap, you buy twice.... thank you to Dee, Tim, and John. Just like to add the Rolex Datejust I bought last June has stopped working, still under warranty phones Dee she said just post it, had an E Mail from Tim reassurance guaranteed that the watch will receive a Full service and will be made waterproof ready for my 3 month holiday in France, that's why I only ever use this company.

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with these chaps, I was downsizing my collection and sold two Rolex watches I owned. Not the most expensive or glamorous models, none the less the guys treated me with total respect and there was no rush with the process, we talked watches, they got watches out to show me just because they knew I hadn’t seen them before. Ich bin sehr entäuscht von diesem Händler. Ich habe von diesem Anbieter
im Mai 2018 eine Uhr bestellt die er über Chrono24 ausgeschrieben hat. Im Text stand neu und ungetragen mit allen Papieren. Die Uhr wurde mir von London in die CH geliefert mit einem Zollaufschlag von CHF 290.- ich habe für die Uhr fast CHF 3000.- bezahlt. Es fehlte bei der Lieferung die Gebrauchsanleitung und der Garantieschein war auch nicht ausgefüllt. Der Händler teilte mir mit, das keine Gebrauchsanleitung mehr vorhanden sei und wenn es zu einem Garantiefall kommen sollte, müsse ich die Uhr wieder nach London senden. Das ist kein Service und unseriös!!

From the very first contact i made regarding the sale of my Fathers Rolex, through to completing the sale, the service receieved was excellent. An honest and trustworthy business.

I saw a Rolex Submariner on their website for a very good price and bought it. It arrived quickly and I was excited to start wearing it. Went to adjust the time and the hands just flapped about. Reported the issue and was asked to return the watch and it was 'fixed' and returned. Went to set the time and the crown came off completely. I was asked to return it again and this time was offered a replacement of a newer model but I would have to pay an additional £800. I did this and now have a great watch that is still under Rolex warranty but the disappointment, hassle and cost (4 x Special Delivery shipping) really took the shine off it. Moral of the story, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

I spoke with many traders in my hunt for a very particular watch. Most were standoffish and difficult to deal with, unwilling to answer even basic questions. Swiss Watch Co by comparison were brilliant. Friendly and accommodating.

I have just purchased a Breitling watch from watches.co.uk also known as the Swiss Watch Company UK. Their staff could not have been more helpful and professional. They contacted me to confirm payment had been received and that the watch would be shipped the following day by Special Delivery. They also kindly adjusted the bracelet size to fit my narrow wrist. The watch arrived the next day, very well packed and in superb condition exactly as described. A masterpiece.

The review I saw regarding the returned 'worn' watch is not a fair representation of what I believe to be a small family run, highly professional business that prides itself on personal service. Hopefully people burying the type of quality product that they are selling have enough sense to see through such malicious comments. Recently purchased a submariner, dealt with watches .co.uk in person, very happy with the service, the watch was exactly as described, I will definatly go back to them for my next purchase, you pay a premium price but you get a premium service and product.

I have just purchased a Cartier Tank Francaise from the Swiss Watch Company Ltd.

Due to my country, Norway, not being a fully member of the EU, we have import duty on purchased goods from the EU. This includes preowned watches. This also means we are not part of the EU VAT schemes. Therefore I was not able to buy the watch via the Chrono24 app.

However the company offered me to buy directly from them by using a bank transfer purchase. Of course, there is always a risk involved using a bank transfer, and not have the safety of paying with a credit card. I therefore made some background check on the company, among other things read about them at trustpilot. The company appeared to be serious, so I decided to go ahead and pay via bank transfer.

The process went smoothly; the Swiss Watch Company confirmed immediately when they had received the payment, and shipped the watch without any further delay to me. The shipping went fine too, and the watch arrived safely.

I was in constant contact with the company during the entire purchase process, they providing excellent service. The watch was in the same excellent condition as described in the add. I have just started using the watch, and so far, it is working perfectly.

I bought a high value watch from watches.co.uk recently. The whole process was quick and easy, the team were professional when I spoke to them on the phone and the watch arrived as promised the next day.

I recently purchased a watch online and was not totally happy with so I returned it in the 14day money back guarantee. I then received a email informing me that they could charge me 20% of the value to restock the watch, it went on to say they had decided to only charge£175 as the watch just needed a lite polish. To say I was upset is a understatement but I agreed to the charge as they had my money and the watch. So if you buy on line ask about this charge.

I very recently bought a watch from watches. co.uk, which I'm very happy with. I made my purchase in person from them in Chiswick where they trade as the Swiss Watch Company... although somewhat hard to find.

I arrived in a bit of a state for having worked all night, certainly not the best condition to be in to part with large amounts of money. The people at the office guided me through my purchase and pretty much got all the important points across in spite of my confusion.

I would additionally say that this is a trustworthy operation and would I fully recommend them.

I bought a Pam 241 from them, the watch was described as unworn and it was indeed unworn. Great service and I'd use them again without hesitation - only downside was they wouldn't drop the price - fair enough as it was a good price anyway!
