Water Irrigation Avis 

Previously purchased from this company without problem - now a completely different experience. Ordered - took a week for Evri to deliver to a totally different location with a picture which was not my property. No customer service from water irrigation beyond using their website - no telephone number. Evri of course completely hopeless. As soon as I have the refund I will be buying elsewhere

This is the second review I have written because I cannot get a satisfactory response from Water Irrigation concerning my problem with their products, namely the combination of Hydrosure 14mm/16mm od LDPE supply pipe and Hydrosure 14mm double barbed connectors....leaking joints everywhere. Not compliant with hose pipe ban because of this!
I need to discuss issue and options for a solution having spent a good deal of money trying to set up.the system. They've taken my money, supplied the goods but clearly something is wrong? I need advice.....lousy customer service NOT 5* as it says on their website, sending me useless emails stating what I have already told them but not offering a solution. They must be doing very good business at the moment so should get staff who know the products. Selling under false pretences. I am not prepared to just throw these items in the bin so I will be phoning trading standards!

I bought a hydrosure watering lance from this company. I was pleased with the product but sadly it developed a leak after a few weeks. I contacted the company via their website and sent a short video of the issue. Within a day, I received a reply stating that they were sorry the product did not meet their standards and sending me a free replacement, which arrived the following day. Very good customer service

I bought a trolley from this company and after two weeks part of the trolley came apart so not really impressed with the goods but then when I contacted this company to talk about it and asked for someone to ring me I got an automated response saying they don’t ring people and I should just email this automated machine.
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for somebody to ring you to sort the problem out.
I am hugely disappointed with this response and obviously won’t ever use this company again

Excellent customer service. I have used this company twice now and delivery was efficient. Unfortunately the second product was faulty but after sending a video a replacement was sent out by return. Great customer service - thank you.

They won't provide a phone number for a returns courier.

Place an order for £150+. Money taken from my account immediately. Delivery date came and went. Chased the order after 11 days to be told items were of stock (all by email as you can't speak to anyone). Asked for money back and after 24 hours will waiting for money to be returned. Shocking customer service, avoid them.

Genuinely a really great experience; bought 2 sprinklers that did exactly what it said on the tin.

Well packaged, delivered on time and worked as expected!

The products are good. The service is lacking as you reach out and nobody replies! I sent 3 emails…. The system needs more explanation than just the videos. The products need more instruction such as if you purchase this product it should show what all is needed for you the make sure you order all the correct pieces, hence why we had five different orders because we were missing the main components and had to wait.
It’s no brainer! But even with their little instruction manual that they include in the package, it does not show that you need to clamp onto every hose to secure properly and is very important to put this on at the beginning not when you’ve done so much of the work already and then having to go back and take apart and then clamp them back together again it’s double work and it’s not made very clear. It is a great system but there’s a lack of support if you run across a problem your stuck!
Which I say if you have plenty of time to put in an irrigation system, go for it you’ll figure it out the hard way like we did.
Will I buy from them again? yes just because my husband and I finally figured it out.

This company used to be brilliant, great products, quickly delivered, always contactable for advice.

I bought my main drip watering system from them a few years ago and they were fantastic, unfortunately I recently had to replace my timer and have had issues with leaking and attachment for which I’ve had to email for any advice as they no longer bother with a customer service telephone number. Extremely irritating if you are in the middle of set up and you need help there and then.

So disappointing as they used to be incredibly good.

Cannot complain about the delivery, but returns process with an online form which you must print out... It's 2026, not 2006. Do you want me to fax it to you? Just silly. Having read here what other unpleasant experiences other have had, I consider myself lucky. Funny how people fail to realise how small things make a difference, or simply put themselves in the shoes of the customer. Boasting about 28-day returns but requiring a printer...

Ordering from this company and getting answers to basic questions was a frustrating experience from start to finish.

The website is slow, clunky, and difficult to use. When I needed advice about products and connectors for my project, there was no option to speak to someone directly. Instead, I had to use the chat system, which took around two days to receive a response. Unfortunately, the information I was given was incorrect, resulting in me ordering the wrong items.

Because of the poor advice, I ended up having to return around half of my order, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. For a company selling products, accurate and timely support is essential, and in my experience, they fell well short of expectations.

I would recommend looking elsewhere, particularly if you need product guidance before ordering. Being able to speak to a knowledgeable person in real time would have saved a lot of time, hassle, and return costs. This company really needs to improve both its website performance and customer support.

Bought various hoses and connectors. Transaction went smoothly and it was all delivered very quickly. So very pleased with the service I received.

Placed an order for over £500.

Awaited delivery date which came and went. Order was showing despatched.

Finally decided to contact to chase the order. Nothing had been done with the order, the main products had since gone out of stock and the sales rep attempted to just refund the missing items and despatch the rest - a pointless idea unless theyd asked first.

Zero confidence in this company, clearly their systems dont exist.

What a fantastic service. I found I needed parts at 4pm on a Friday before a Bank Holiday. I looked at the service with a smile I normally use and they were £5 each, I needed 6. A bag of 5 was less than this so I ordered 2 bags next day delivery. But of course so late delivery was to be Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when at 11am the next day, Saturday, Evri rang the bell with my parts.
What a fantastic service.
On the humorous side, I thought I was going to have a quiet weekend however the wife saw the parcel, but it rained anyway so no problem.

I ordered for the first time this April. I was really impressed - high quality products and prompt delivery. An item happened to be damaged/incomplete and a replacement was dispatched the same day without questions or quibbling.

Made an order and paid next day delivery. Got message from Evri say delivery delayed although I have had 2 previous order to the same address. On knowing I tried reaching out however there’s no phone number. Absolute joke. Delivery POOR customer service POOR. would I use again. NOOOOOOOOOOO

Waiting for my refund.

Ordered Hydrosure Double joiners that were too big for my water irrigation pipes. Returned the item only to find out that I not only had to pay for the return postage, but also the original postal costs were deducted from the refund! I paid to the shop £7.58, plus £2.70 to return the item. Total cost £10.28 only to be refunded £3.59! Total rip off Hydrosure, no business from me again

I bought 2 x HydroSure Dual Outlet Water Timers which failed within a year due to plastic degradation. They were replaced and both the replacments subsequently failed. Depsite the clear design flaw (now regularly showing up in their product reviews), Water Irrrigation refused to help as it was outside the 1 year warranty period.

An inactive object should not fall apart from sunlight exposure alone and it is totally unacceptable to sell these for £30/unit when they have a realistic lifespan of 1 year.

The company refused to replace but offered no alterntive either, such as a discount on an alternative. Poor product, poor service, avoid at all costs!
