Webbs Motor Caravans Avis 

Making the shift from caravan to used motorhome, and having visited a couple of other dealerships, we found Webbs to be on a different level in terms of the advice and guidance they were able to give. They have a wide array of new and used vans displayed on a relatively large plot - very useful to those who have several models in mind and need to compare. We dealt with Steven who we found to be hugely helpful and very approachable. Having explained our needs Steven quickly identified several models that fitted the bill giving us free rein to compare. He was then very helpful in enabling us to reach a deal, and the whole matter of part exchanging caravan / collecting motorhome was dealt with seamlessly and professionally with Matt from the caravan branch collecting it from our storage site. The motorhome was prepared to a very high standard with a full three year warranty which is extremely reassuring. The two youtube handover videos of the van have been massively helpful, and post sale the company has readily answered any queries we have had. Overall a pleasant hassle free positive experience.

Excellent, professional company from start to finish, Steven was extremely patient with us, it was our first motorhome purchase. There was no hard sell, very relaxed. It took longer than expected for me to sort out getting the money from my pension company, but this was never an issue as far as Webbs were concerned.
I would happily recommend them and would definitely go back should we wish to purchase another motorhome.

Absolutely the best, my third Motorhome from them . Steven is brilliant and his team especially molly ( oops ollie ) never putting you under any pressure given lots of info and very professional without being pushy, would always go to them for more info or another Motorhome.

I don't normally leave reviews but when a company is either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad its good to share. Fortunately, this Company (Webbs Motorcaravans) falls into the former category. Can't recommend highly enough. We bought a motorhome at the beginning of November from them at an extremely reasonable price. EVERYTHING we had asked them to give attention to before pick up was meticulously completed and a "hand-over" video was provided showing everything had been done. After a few days of having the vehicle we realised the ladder to the dropdown bed was missing. We telephoned to inform them and immediately wheels were put into motion to rectify this. A ladder arrived a day later, but unfortunately didn't fit the fixings already there, so again after just a phone call, another ladder arrived the following day which was the correct one, however, a chance search under one of the benches to the rear of the van revealed that we had had a ladder all along. No fuss was made when we called to inform them that our original ladder had been found meaning we now had two brand new ladders surplus to requirements. A shipping label was issued to us via email (it was our mistake so we were happy to pay postage for return but they wouldn't hear of it ) so the ladders are ready to be returned to Webbs for stock. What amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again but we are so thrilled with our motor home that its likely to not be for a very long time.THANK YOU DANNY, THANK YOU STEVE.

Had a very easy & pleasant experience buying our van from Steve @ Webbs. No pressure selling, which made a change, we were given plenty of time to have a look round by ourselves without anyone hovering around us. Upon handover of our old van and purchase of our new one the whole process was very quick, we had an hour to spare before our insurance kicked in so Steve told us where we could buy lunch, so we sat in our van to eat it. We would use this company again.

We went to look at motorhomes and looked at the vast amount on offer. Steven was brilliant talking us through all the different styles and models, in no way where we pressurised to purchase. We ended up but a lovely van. Again Steven took the time to explain the process and went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. Communication from time of choosing van right through to collection was excellent. Collection day came and Steven was on the ball again. Great company, great salesman. Thank you all so very much.

Steve made our experience really straightforward and very easy, the service was great from start to finish and everything he said was presented to us when we collected our motorhome. The only comment was maybe a small gift of something to help us with our camping experience would have been nice. Otherwise great company.
