Exceptional customer service. We visited the Somerset branch on our way to Cornwall on holiday to look at camper vans. Unfortunately, we experienced a slight hitch with our van bodywork, the reception & sales team came to our rescue so we could continue on our holiday. Great customer service, can't recommend them enough, especially Mike Ford and the caravan sales team, and the Reception staff at the Highbridge centre and the team at Highbridge Devon. So helpful in all aspects, with execellent handover service. Excellent onsite shop, just about everything you could need with friendly help advice.
Totally happy with our Swift Challenger 390 purchased couple a months ago.

We weren't sure what type of caravan we wanted, so we visited the *massive* caravan centre in Highbridge. We bumped into Justin on one of our visits and he was very knowledgeable about the caravans we were interested in and helped us make our decision to go for a Knaus Sport 500 UF.

A few weeks after we'd bought our caravan, we had an issue with the jockey wheel. I called the aftersales team, spoke to Graham, who was very thorough with his questions, and who sent a team out to our address to fix the van on our driveway.

I never expected a same-day fix, never mind a same-day call-out and was definitely wowed by the speed and professionalism of the aftersales team.

I will happily recommend Highbridge Caravans to anyone interested in buying a caravan.

Recently purchased a new Chausson motorhome S697 sport line from Highbridge Somerset branch, can not fault the way the purchase which seemed so relaxing , no pushy sales person. The hand over was very good covering everything in detail. The 10% discount given in the shop after the purchase was usefull as needed a few items for new van.

Brought a caravan from them waited 3 weeks for it to be serviced noted that the front fly net was broke went to pick it up 5 &half hour drive from were I live brought from them as they had the van I wanted just a year old so waited 4 hours on collection for them to fix fly net blind ok lovely happy
Got the caravan back went to use it today and the front blind as broke not even the net one now I’m on holiday and have no blind working no privacy called 2 to 3 times all I get it pass you to warranty team and no one’s called back paid them nearly £30,000 for a caravan and this is how I’m treat never again

Another great shout out for Highbridge Motorhomes Somerset...fantastic customer service yet again - special mention to JILL & Team in the service centre - sorted out a warranty issue with my Chausson, great communication and regular updates - even arranged to have the new part fitted at my home. Little things like this really matter! Well done!

I bought an Adria Sonic Supreme from them in November 2024, excellent service then. Recently one of the side marker LED lamps failed. As we are going around Europe in just over a week, I contacted them, explained that we were going away and that I live 280 miles away, could they obtain a new fitting and post it to me, they informed me that they would do there best. I was not expecting it to arrive in time but to my great satisfaction, it arrived promptly. Fitted this morning, full lighting system working again. Thanks very much.

A big shout out to Highbridge who assisted us with a problem with our van, even though we hadn't purchased from them. They took the time to listen and gave advice and a phone number via which we were able to pursue our problem

Poor service from parts department. Young girl not interested in helping, had attitude and informed us that as we did not buy vehicle from them we needed to go elsewhere! Left extremely disappointed and would not go back.

Outstanding after sales service. We called in very late in the day with a broken jockey wheel . Staff went above and beyond to fix the problem and get us back on the road. Our personal thanks to Nick and Phil for staying on after closing time at 5pm to fix our problem. Highly recommend Highbridge Caravan Centre if you are thinking of buying a caravan.

I have been waiting to write this review to see how Highbridge Caravans handled and rectified an error they made when we purchased our new Swift Trekker motorhome. I expected them to go above and beyond to ensure I drove away with a good feeling and instead they disappointed and did the bear minimum. Not good enough!
We purchased a new motorhome through them and took delivery in March 2026. We had confirmed on purchase the fitting of a Thule 8000 all weather awning and unbeknownst by us they swapped this out for a sunshade only simpler and cheaper awning Thule 5400. In April we used the awning and kept it up in a shower. 30' later when we were in the motorhome the awning came crashing down breaking the legs. The water had formed a pool and the legs had collapsed under the weight. Highbridge initially told us this was not covered under warranty and sent us packing. When another company looked at the awning it was then it was confirmed the awning was not the 8000 and if it had been it wouldn't have happened.
It still took a meeting and several calls with Highbridge aftersales to get them to take responsibility for the fact they had swapped out the awnings.
They had the motorhome back for 2.5 weeks. They had agreed to fit a skirt for a panoramic room we had purchased separately which I had asked them to do as a goodwill gesture given they had the motorhome in their workshop with technicians on site.
It was too much trouble and today we collected the motorhome. Yes, they had fitted the awning we were supposed to have had in the first place BUT we picked up an unwashed, dirty motorhome without the skirt fitting because it was too much trouble.
Badly done Highbridge. I am sorry but you should have gone above and beyond after giving us weeks of stress and back and forth before you finally took responsibility for your error - if it was an error!!!

We have reluctantly just bought our second brand new van from highbridge , would have preferred to purchase elsewhere but the van we wanted was available at there highbridge site . We had had a bad experience with after sales service with our first van , collected our new van last week . Almost straight away we had a few issues , quite small really and easily fixed however trying to report an issue and waiting for call backs is terrible . The sales man James was happy to butter us up making friendly chit chat so he got the sale but when we called to say we had a couple problems with our brand new van I don’t think he could give a hoot .. just transferred us to after sales who then said we would get a call back from an engineer.. the information we had given hadn’t been passed on , we detailed the problems and stressed our urgency as we had a trip booked … still waiting for the after sales team to call us back to arrange the van going in . Firstly we shouldn’t have such silly issues with a brand new van and surely we shouldn’t have to wait days for a call back ! The van was hurriedly handed over as we already had a issue as our brand new motor mover wouldn’t work due to no battery being installed so that ate into our designated hour slot . Unfortunately they are a large site with multiple vans therefore if u live in the south west buying from them is highly likely as they have such choice , however once they have your money and you drive out of there site it feels like they don’t really care ! .. used to be a small family business with excellent service now unfortunately they have become so busy you end up being just a customer number . I would advise anyone to try and purchase your van elsewhere as we should have .

The sales process was fine and we bought a second hand Cara and and starter kit, deliver was promised to a campsite. After a couple of weeks we went to the campsite to spend a few days 1t was obvious when we arrived that the starter hit had not been delivered so no step, electric cable, aquaroll or waste master. We rang Highbridge and they promised delivery that afternoon, it never happened. We rang Highbridge rand again. And delivery was promised for that morning, again it never happened. They eventually delivered the missing items that afternoon. So don’t listen to their promises and definitely or expect good customer service or an apology.kk

Sales side was fantastic. Friendly helpful staff. During the purchase of my van I was assured any issues would be resolved quickly and efficiently.
I had a leak in the sink that went under the floor causing the floor to rise.
I booked it in to get repaired but only the leak was fixed( in for 2 weeks)
I was advised to rebook to get the floor repairs done .
We had another leak from the same location which compounded the already damaged floor. It took 2 months to get the van booked in for a 2 week window where I as assured all the issues would be resolved.
After many calls and excuse after excuse the van was in for nearly 7 weeks.
On collection the van was dirty with no effort to clean it after the work was done.
After spending £50k on a van I can’t stress just how poor the after sales service was.
Very disappointed!!!

Bought our caravan from Highbridge caravans Somerset. Excellent sales from James. Brilliant handover. We got the caravan on a seasonal pitch local to Highbridge. Had an issue Wednesday contacted Aftersales about it. Called to site today fixed the issues no drama. Thank you Highbridge caravans for an excellent service.
