Was easy to order and the discount was given automatically at checkout...we did go to your devon branch to purchase the chairs & footstools but the delivery of them never arrived so to avoid missing out on the great offer I ordered them online to be delivered to my home.

answered every query & question I had (& there were lots!) Richard gave the most amazing handover & was incredibly thorough and patient (not to mention he had a fab sense of humour too). WARNING!!
I bought some items in the accessory shop in Devon yesterday. I was asked if I had bought a new van, which I had not, but was not asked if I was a caravan club member. Discovered later that membership entitled me to a 10% discount which Highbridge would not apply retrospectively when I asked. I was told they did not promote the discount.
To me this says treat Highbridge with extreme caution. I have advised them they will not be on the potential supplier list when I look at new vans later this year. Needless to say this did not seem to bother them. Arrogant!!!

I first ordered the Kampa footrest from another company online. It was more money and it never arrived which meant I had a claim a refund and I didn’t have it for my holiday. I checked online for an alternative supplier and found Highbridge. It was cheaper and arrived on the next day of ordering. I wished I had gone with Highbridge from the start.

Having had problems with delivery date of a swift voyager 540 from another dealer we approached Highbridge as they had a 540 in stock. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Adam the salesperson was excellent, no pressure and answered all our questions honestly. The extras we had were fitted to a high standard and delivery was on time. Handover was very comprehensive and informative, again all questions answered. Just finished our first adventure and all went well with no problems. Many thanks Highbridge for a first class service.

We went into limp mode on M5 near Highbridge where we purchased our motorhome last year, the after sales team were absolutely fantastic looking after us, we were 200 miles from home, and 100 miles from our final destination. They took the stress away from us and repaired it and ensured we still had the start to our holiday by loaning us a courtesy car so we could explore the area, we had to stay overnight and our Moho was there for us to sleep in. We all felt we belonged to their lovely work family including Purdy our dog. Thank you so so much
