Anything that plugs in you buy at your own risk. 'Powers up' 'minimal sign of use' etc. DOES NOT mean the item works.
I would seriously avoid this bunch of hustlers.

We try where possible to test all items to understand their functionality, however on ocassions where the item is not as expected we would always encourage bidders to submit condition reports to ascertain the working condition of electrical items.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible, reception staff respond to queries like they are doing the world a favour! It really puts me off bidding and I dread the after sale communication, dead end, one way and blunt replies! Does this kind of service still exist in the world?!

BEWARE - FAULTY SECOND-HAND GOODS
Really disappointed in the after sales with Weller Auctions Ltd.
This company will find any way out of refunding you any money after miss selling you a product.
When a company states a product turns on that means it works right?
No apparently not!
It means it just turns on, and nothing more.
This company are not transparent when selling items.
It could be their is parts missing, its second-hand, does not work, ripped.
So if you don't ask, then it's tough luck.
They don't answer the phone, you have to leave a message.
Emails only get responded when it suits and want payments made.
BEWARE!!

Many thanks for taking the time to write this review.
We always where possible would make refunds for items that are either stated as powers up which turns out not to be the case and try to encourage condition reports on items you wish to bid on where possible.
The items sold in our general auctions vary between customer returns, end-of-line, lost property and undelivered parcels and whilst we do appreciate varying quality and condition between lots, we do encourage the bidder to submit a condition report.
