Arrived for appointment went in after 10min, staff were very polite, Mark did his job well very happy.

It is a frightful situation turned into a completely comfy,relaxed environment and a great experience.
Excellent and extremely competent staff.
It is a joy to be served here.

The doctor I saw was brilliant and really helped my situation it was very good to know.

I needed advice and was offered a next day appointment. As always, the staff team were helpful, informative and took time to assist and advise me. I have always received care and support of the highest standard by everyone at West End Dental.

First off I don’t like dentists.
But Stephen makes me feel very much at ease. I leave with a smile and I’m very happy with the way he makes me feel. 10/10

All the staff at West End Dental are amazing. They are really helpful and friendly which also puts nervous patients like me at ease. The hygienist Beau was lovely and explained everything that she was doing and gave me good information on keeping up good dental hygiene. I highly recommend this practice.

Attended a hygienist check with Jenny Wilson. What a remarkable woman she is who oozes with passion for her work & is always ready to help & advise where necessary. Everyday is a school day! I always take on board her wisdom. Learnt such a lot from her more than what l have done in my lifetime. Reception Staff are wonderful too. Always happy & accommodating. Love the fresh coffee too - happy days 😃☀️

As a very nervous patient I felt I was always reassured and informed

I had a dental implant yesterday(26/1/2026).I was quite nervous at first but I was soon put at ease by Dr Mark Gibson who was absolutely brilliant.It has only been 24 hours but I have had no pain or discomfort and I would have no hesitation in recommending this practise to anyone.I had a call from them this morning to check I was ok ,the staff are all very kind and you feel cared for and valued.

A new dentist this time that took time to explain my previous treatments and ongoing suggestions for further requirements.

I needed to have two teeth removed and was absolutely terrified. However as soon as l arrived l was met with kindness and understanding. Everyone was very professional. The procedure was amazing almost pain free. I hah had a sleepless night but no need to worry. I recall felt l was in safe hands. Thank you to all involved.

Staff at the Colwyn Bay clinic are always welcoming and professional. The environment is consistently clean and tidy, with free amenities available in the waiting room. Every visit has been a pleasant and positive experience.

Great customer service as you enter building. Dentist was great with my Dad.

I was made to feel very welcome with the receptionist being very friendly and efficient! The surgery was very clean with both hot and cold drinks available! I had a very thorough check up with the dentist going through my X-rays and he explained everything to me in a very reassuring way. Very friendly and professional, so much so that I decided to sign up to a plan!

It was a potentially difficult appointment for a person with dementia who needed two teeth extracted. I was really impressed by the care and understanding shown by the whole dental team. Both dentists we saw were superb, as were the dental nurses. Fortunately, the nurse who assisted during the procedure was a Welsh speaker, which helped significantly. The follow-up was excellent and I felt that, as a practice, they truly want to deliver the best service possible.
