Ed, we are sorry this order became so frustrating.
We did experience an inventory issue that resulted in the order being split between warehouses, and one of the shipments was then damaged while in transit.
Our team remained engaged throughout the process, providing delivery information, responding to the freight damage, and following up on what was needed to move forward. The photos we received clearly showed substantial damage to the packaging, but they did not show the condition of all of the furniture and cushions inside. We asked that the affected cartons be opened and photographed so we could identify exactly which pieces needed to be replaced and provide the necessary documentation to move the matter forward.
While we cannot control what happens to a shipment once it is in the carrier’s hands, it is still our responsibility to work with our customer when a problem occurs, and we have continued to do that here.
We remain available to work with you directly to determine whether any furniture or cushions were damaged and, if so, arrange the appropriate replacements.

I’ve called customer service on various occasions and they were excellent support. They took the time to teach me how to care for my furniture and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. They were very knowledgeable and it was nice to talk to someone here in the United States that I could understand and they could understand me. I recently ordered covers for my outdoor furniture and love the way each piece was sewn, packaged, and labeled. I haven’t used them yet so I can’t comment on that. Great company experience.

The original covers were classy/tailored with piping. The 8 new covers, for $1,000 are not piped. Disappointing….in that they lack that Westminster Classy touch

Poor customer service with an attitude!…
The delivery company they used delayed the table for over 12 days. Missed my event, the reason for buying the table. I had to quickly buy another table.
So I never received Westminster table and cancelled the table.
Now waiting for a credit!
They need to use reliable truckers!

Unfortunately, they were unable to connect with you, which ultimately contributed to the delay.
While we understand there were communication challenges, we also recognize that the overall delivery experience did not meet your expectations—or ours. Our shipping partners typically provide prompt and reliable service, and we sincerely apologize that this was not the case with your order.
