The product is great, delivery is very poor
The product is great, and we are really pleased with it. And the buying experience was also very smooth, and our purchasing person was incredibly helpful.
The delivery service was incredibly disappointing. We chose to have the furniture delivered but not assembled. Unfortunately, WT works with XPO Logistics for our area who are only able to deliver with articulated 50 foot trucks. Ridiculous for people who are ordering furniture for their homes not their offices. This is a residential product and thus should have deliver that is residential based. The first delivery was a complete nightmare. The second delivery - which involved JUST a coffee table - involved threatening phone calls from XPO while we were in France with XPO literally dumping the product in the middle of our driveway. Given the quality of the product and the cost, the shipping support and experience just makes no sense whatsoever.
Would we order from WT again? Ideally yes, but with this delivery experience, I don’t know how we can do that again. For the avoidance of doubt, we have ordered furniture from Frontgate, Kingsley Bate and Country Casual Teak for our two homes, and NEVER have we had the delivery experience we had with XPO. So while I know the tendency is to blame the customer, that just can not be the case here.

Customer Service You Just Don't Get Anymore!!
I knew I wanted teak, and I knew my budget and the space I had but that was about it. The Westminster Teak team (shout out to Shelley) made CAD drawings of my space so that I could see what it would look like with various styles and colors. I can't imagine working with any other company to achieve my dream rooftop.

Laguna end tables
End tables were perfect next to the sofa. The 22 inch height is hard to find in teak. Easy assembly with 4 screws.

The young man who helped was exceptional. He helped me order a broken piece for my chair and it arrived in a timely fashion. Thank you.
