An excellent company that provides a professional and consistent service. Whirlpool Service is nothing short of excellent. From my personal experience their team of Engineers are extremely efficient and one of the best in the business. I have never had an issue with lateness or missed appointment unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past.

I’ve had both washing machine and dryer by whirlpool both excellent and long lasting , when they did finally go the service team were fantastic on time and easy to report the fault, I would highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time insuring your fridge freezer with D&G who represent Whirlpool, they are the biggest con artists around. I've been paying a insurance premium with then for 15 years and the current yearly sum is £309.00. Unfortunately, our FF stopped working and unfortunately it cannot be repaired because it’s using old non-compliant gas, fair enough. Sadly, what they wanted to replace our GREAT AMANA FF with was not even a Whirlpool product but we were given a choice of the cheapest manufacturers available. NOT the same quality or SPECIFICATIONS as per their terms and condition. So we wanted a cash settlement so that we could buy a better quality FF. So, for the yearly premium of £309.00 they would only give us £505.52 for a FF that would actually cost in the region of £3.5k.

So, I will be cancelling every other insurance policy I have with D&G and be putting the money in the bank towards anything that need replacing in the future. Thus, saving me the aggravation of having to talk to one of the most officious persons I have every come across working in CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!

Great coffee machine and great repair service

The engineer Neil who repaired my dishwasher was very professional, polite and customer focused. He knew exactly what was wrong, explained me in layman’s term and resolved it. The only issue was it has taken 5 days to get it repaired. Hence 4 star.

I purchased my first whirlpool cooker hood in February 2021. I’ve experienced problems from day one with it as it won’t connect to the internet for me to operate it. After over 20+ calls to whirlpool and 5 engineers visits they said it may be faulty and I was given a code where I could use that to get a new one in replacement. Recently about 3 weeks ago I had to pay an electrician again to fit this one however this one has the same issue. I’ve emailed whirlpool back and fourth and they keep saying update the app, delete the app and reinstall it I’ve followed all instructions yet it still isn’t working. The last email I sent was over 8 days ago but not yet received a reply. I would strongly advise not to purchase this particular model as even whirlpool engineers are themselves unqualified to deal with it. The 2 engineers that visited hadn’t seen or had any sort of training with this cooker hood so therefore refused to even touch it. I paid over £800 for it and regret it as I’m not getting full use of it. I’m having to climb on a stool to operate it as it’s installed pretty high.
Our other products are working fine with the wifi the Samsung fridge freezer the washing machine the ring door bell but not this cooker hood so I guess the problem is with this particular product and not with the internet settings.

The engineer arrived on time and replaced the faulty part which was the heating element. I didn't get grilled with regards to the warranty which was implied by the agent when I called. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Will have had our oven for 4.5 years and I’m glad it’s got the extended 5 year warranty as we’ve used it 5 times. Once the door lock melted (when it self cleans), 2nd the sliding shelve joints ceased up on both shelves, 3rd the oven reset itself into demo mode and no one on the phone (or internet) knew had to reset it - it was a new model at the time and fancy one with loads of features, recipes, self cleaning, dual temperature etc, 4th the door hinges stopped self closing, 5th the fan bolt became loose and make a terrible grinding noise, oh actually 6th time the top grill element brackets were loose!
It’s brilliant when it works but I don’t expect these many things to go wrong with it and I would recommend either a different brand or a model which isn’t new so all the teething issues are solved.
I recall when the 1st engineer visited he said he had hardly any knowledge on it as it was so new they hadn’t had training! Engineers are on time, friendly and fix the issues each time so that part is fine.
Booking team on the phone is quite difficult. Every time I call them I have to go through a long conversation to advise this model has a 5 year warranty even though they insist it’s 1. It got so silly I had to write in and they gave me an official letter to confirm the 5 years, and eventually the person on the phone finds the notes to confirm it’s 5 years but they don’t apologise for their mistake.
So if you want a more reliable brand (and better customer service) pay more and get a Bosch or AEG. My oven cost £550 so for a better brand I would be willing to pay £700 with better quality parts.

I am with this company over 10 years ONLY the reason they provide sincere service, Good Qualified engineers they have. I recommend this company for everyone who are experiencing difficulties to solve their problem.
