I would have given 5 stars. The original delivery date wasn’t met & I didn’t receive a call letting me know. Delivery was made the following day while I was at work having taken the previous day off. Your very polite delivery driver, Connor called to say he had delivered my order.

Product is fine - poor delivery experience
Product is fine - but company used to make the delivery very poor. No communication on the delivery day. By the end of the delivery window I hadn’t heard anything then a phone call over an hour later saying on way by which time I’d had to go out. No follow up from the delivery company. Eventually White Horse contacted me and managed to rearrange delivery. Again no contact on the day but at least the delivery was completed.

Easy to call but poor delivery
The service is easy to call and they answer quickly with a human. But the delivery service is so hard to understand. Really deliver on the communicated day, and my last two deliveries have turned up with no notice.

The ordering process was easy. The company kept us updated regarding delivery dates. Got our delivery this morning and we are very pleased with the quality of the wood.

The 1 star is for the appalling…
The 1 star is for the appalling delivery service. I paid £1.99 for a specific day, waited all day, no show, then was supposed to be priority next day, we should have had a phone call from driver 30 minutes before as we do not live at the address, no call,delivered damaged. Not good for White Horse, they were very helpful though.

Delivery was a disaster
Delivery was a disaster - stroppy driver refused to drop the load where requested and left it on the public road. Had to travel back over 150 miles to unload and carry to our store which took us three hours. Would never use this service again

My delivery arrived as arranged
My delivery arrived as arranged, very helpful driver. It’s worth mentioning 4 bags were damaged although only a small amount of content were lost.

Fast and efficient delivery
Fast and efficient delivery. Ordered in nets because there is no direct access to my log store, so easier and quicker to carry.
My only gripe is I don't know what type of wood it is. It burns well, so no complaints, but it's not labelled.
