Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're really pleased to hear that you're happy with the quality of our pellets, but we're very sorry that the delivery let you down again.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find that the bags had shifted on the pallet, making it impossible for the driver to unload it properly. What should have been a straightforward delivery clearly became far more difficult than it needed to be, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
