My hearing aid came within a week of my order and all my questions were addressed by staff before during and after my purchase.

So glad I went with the online purchase as buying locally was 5 to 7k more expensive!

Hearing aids arrived on time. I had them reprogrammed by my audiologist for APD settings and they work well.

I was very wary about buying Hearing Aids for the first time and after having a hearing test done and quoted over £4000 by another high street brand my wife found this company, from ordering on the monday (£2500) for the same product and having them on my ears on the Friday then I thought that this was an excellent service. Had my Phonak Audio Infinite Sphere for 5 weeks now and they are excellent, I wear them from waking up until bed time and don't even notice they are there, great sound improvement everywhere, a great product and a great company to deal with and totally confidant if I had any issues then this company would help. Dealt with a lad called Ross and he was most helpful and with instant replys.

Very pleased with this company and the product, my first hearing aid and was a bit wary of the market, my aids were £1500 cheaper than quoted from a main high street company. From start to finish it was very easy and Ross was very helpful and very quick to respond (not used to that nowadays). Love wearing my aids and they are on from waking up until bed time, sometimes I have to check they are still in my ear as they are so comfortable. Easy to use with the app and wished I had bought these many years ago. Very pleased, many thanks Ross.

I live in Switzerland and needed for the first time hearing aids. The hearing aids would have costed 3X the amount I paid at Wholesale Hearing so I was sceptical at the beginning. After reading the reviews here I decided get in contact to better understand the process of ordering, shipping, importing and fitting. Needless to say I'm really happy with my Swiss branded hearing aids at a 1/3 of the price I would have paid locally. Wholesale Hearing is very responsive if you have any questions regarding the hearing aid, fitting or local insurance admin after sales. Very pleasant experience and highly recommended.
