Unfortunately, we were deceived and are not receiving a refund.
I ordered 900 kg of goods from them and paid for it, but in fact, we only received 534 kg. This situation was very frustrating, as we liked the product and wanted to do business with them on a regular basis, but they are not refunding us for the missing goods (around €3,500). This is a significant amount for us, and we wanted to resolve this peacefully. A month ago, we managed to negotiate a refund with them. But a month later, we still haven't received our money. For the last week, they haven't contacted us at all; no one is answering our calls or messages. This is a very sad situation, because the product is good (we liked the Next Kids, but didn't like the Next underwear, as they only promised underwear, but 60% of it was warm pajamas). We wanted to do business with them by buying Next Kids. But unfortunately, they cheated us and haven't returned our €3,500.
We had to file a police report, and we provided all the evidence. I hope the police resolve this issue and get our money back.

We are disappointed to see these allegations continue to be published despite our extensive efforts to resolve this matter amicably.
We categorically dispute the factual allegations contained in this review. The documentary evidence relating to this order, including the signed delivery documentation and other contemporaneous records, does not support the claims being made.
Although we did not accept liability, we nevertheless issued a substantial goodwill credit and agreed to provide replacement goods solely as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to bring this dispute to an end. We repeatedly attempted to arrange collection of those goods.
The review also states that the matter has been reported to the police and that legal action is underway. However, the reviewer has since confirmed to us in writing that no police report has been made and no legal proceedings have been commenced. So this is not true, and Viktoria knows this very well.
We are therefore extremely disappointed that these disputed allegations continue to be published despite our efforts to resolve the matter amicably. We remain committed to resolving genuine customer concerns professionally, but we cannot accept the continued publication of allegations that we dispute and which are inconsistent with the documentary evidence and subsequent written correspondence.

scammer..please if you want to save your money don't buy from them..I lost 45,000£ we agreed for 30,000-40,000 pcs for kids (next brand) Khatun sent to me 4200 pcs for women cothes... she is scammer, and she is lier woman don't trust her. I hope that I can post her chat on whats app here,, she is very lier and she knows how to lie and how to let you calm.. but don't trust her. Khatun is a scammer. But I will get my money back in my way.✌️

Did try to make a purchase or at the very least find out more information regarding their pallets but got very unprofessional blunt responses. Unclear if this was intention or just their way of communicating. In my experience wasnt the most friendly first interactions youd like to have with a large wholesaler.

You did try to find out information and you were advised that we do not sell in UK. I am sorry we hurt your feelings, however this is out terms of business and it is at our discretion who we sell or not sell to. Leaving 1 star reviews when you never purchased anything from us is unprofessional and frankly very childish. Doing a stellar job convincing us to do business with you ;)

Unprofessional Conduct and Broken Agreement
In my personal experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this company. What was advertised and what was actually delivered did not match, and the process left us very disappointed.
We ended up losing both time (about 2–3 business days) and money. Instead of receiving a full refund, a 20% deduction was taken, which was explained as being due to cancellation — even though, from our perspective, the cancellation was not initiated by us. This felt unfair and contrary to what we understood from the agreement.
The communication throughout the process came across to us as unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, our experience was negative, and based on how we were treated, we personally would not recommend this company.
It’s disappointing to see that instead of addressing the facts, the company chose to make personal accusations — including claims of misconduct and even calling me a “cowboy.” Can you believe that? From my perspective, this not only comes across as unprofessional but also contradicts itself. On one hand, they say I “didn’t pay,” yet on the other they mention deducting a cancellation fee — which clearly shows money was involved.
The reality is simple: the cancellation was caused by them, not me, and withholding money under made-up terms and conditions only reinforces the concerns I raised in my review.

Given that you stormed our warehouse, assaulted one of the staff members and DIDNT pay for the stock as agreed, I find your feed back misleading.
On top of that your continuous persistence that you paid in full, is shocking. You were charged 10% cancelation fee due to your non payment. As per our terms and conditions we charge 20% normally, which I didn't apply in this instance.
On top of this your attempt to slander an honest business is a proof of hat kind of person you are.
Your todays behaviour has been recorded on a camera and will be reported to the police. Cowboys like yourself should not be allowed to operate in business.
