I called the Alton store, regarding an enquiry about paint. Maz was extremely helpful and went out of her way to find out if the paint was available, she even called me back to update me.

I needed some additional chipboard flooring to match what had recently been delivered
There did not appear to be any but after an encounter with Guyo he found the boards arranged delivery
Signed me up for a discount card.

Outstanding customer service
Just visited the Alton branch and received really excellent customer service from Maz, who was super friendly and helpful and went to a lot of trouble to find the items we needed amongst stock that hadn’t yet been unpacked from their storage area.

Great in-store experience today
Great in-store experience today. Very helpful guy named Guyo, had a good laugh and was excellent at involving my kids in the process of mixing paints for some colours I had made for my son’s bedroom! It's a nice change in retail to find someone who genuinely wants to help! Thanks again, Guyo.

Alton Wickes best for customer service
Staff at Alton Wickes are very helpful, polite and go beyond in assisting their customers. A complete opposite approach to Wickes in Basingstoke. Stick to Alton, definitely the clear winner for customer service.

Guyo helped me from start to finish
Guyo helped me from start to finish - I was looking lost in the store and he offered help, and was knowledgeable on all aspects.
He then helped me place an order for home delivery
