Wickes - Baguley Avis 

Myself and my husband shopped to today in your Baguley store .
I have never had such wonderful customer service ever in all my years of shopping .
Nothing was to much trouble , so helpful polite and both members of staff are a credit to your store .
Ike and Alicia were both absolutely wonderful ! Ike even helped us both with our heavy purchases to the car .
Thankyou both so very much .

Hayley, every step of the way was on top of every aspect from design to completion. Expert knowledge, great advice, quality products coupled with the installation team of Jak and Raf who worked so hard to skillfully build our kitchen and finished two days earlier than projected. All relatively stress free. Sounds too good to be true but believe me, I’m a very happy customer. Thank you Hayley Jak and Raf.

As soon as I approached Ike, he was so friendly, helpful and totally professional. He couldn't have done more to resolve my query. And his colleague too was so helpful with providing me with the exact paint I needed. I didn't even know the paint could be mixed for just what I needed it for. And when I went to pay, Ike again was so cheerful. Such a refreshing experience. I will definitely be back. Please give Ike a pay rise/bonus. He deserves it.

Visited the Baguley store today and have to give credit where its due the staff where helpful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't praise Ike enough for helping with ordering an online item.

I called in to pick up a roof access trap that was only one left and I went to customers service and asked about it and to check if it was okay because the box was all damaged and opened and as I am disabled and I had the service dog with me I ask us a surveys for help and they had me standing there for 10 minutes didn't say we'll get someone to check it for you so I left and then I found it's office customer service and they were much helpful as well they said they will report it to the manager and that's as far as it went very bad service will never use them again

We have been calling into Wickes, Baguley several times a week for two years (as we are renovating a house) The staff are polite and helpful. One Assistant called Ike is an absolute credit to your organisation- always smiley, helpful and chatty.

Absolutely fantastic help and advice from Mirza from start to finish. The kitchen is really great and my small query after the fit was answered straight away

ordered on line, got a texted message 15 mins later saying ready for collection, went to the store showed my cose and a very nice lad called Ike went and got my order So all very straight forward

I went in to the Baguley store today to purchase a large pot of paint. The employee, Ike, kindly offered to help me as I have a knee injury that makes it difficult for me to walk. He took the paint to the till and processed the purchase and kindly offered to take it to my car. It is a brilliant example of customer care and what an asset he is to the company.

A big thank you to Ike for his help in finding what I needed as this was not my local store and what he didn't know he acquired the help of his colleagues, all done with a big smile

Polite, lovely lady, Keeley helped me with my paint mixing & then at a later date with my cross tree. I have anxiety, so really appreciated her she’s a credit to Wickes.

Tony was at the Wickes in Baguley was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got me a good deal and i recommend giving Wickes a try.

What a lovely warm greeting from Ike. Unusual today & very impressed. Ike found someone to cover his post & loaded bags of compost into my car cheerfully & very willingly. He will go a long way - look after him! If all your staff behaved as he does your business would be flying & the world a better place! Thank you Ike.
