Extremely helpful staff,showed me where I needed to be answered all of my questions . Brilliant

All round good service, nice clean car park, good stock levels, very good pricing, really helpful staff, especialy Julie on the checkout.
My only complaint was the poor plant wilting in the heat.

Amazing service

I visited Wickes Bicester today and couldn’t find a particular product on the shelves. I asked a member of staff called Morgan who couldn’t have been more helpful. I was shown where to find it (I had walked past it 3 times!!) and given great advice about how to use it. I also asked about garden strimmers, explaining how small my garden is. Morgan found me the perfect product and I ended up buying it even though I hadn’t intended to get one yet!!! Thank you Morgan.

Greatly impressed by the design input by Wickes kitchen designer Ms Jennifer Tygrys and her excellent working attitude and speedy response towards customer's feedback.

Very pleased to attend Wickes designer home visit when she took more accurate measurements and gave us visual comments on the kitchen design and layout. The designer's opinions on passage width and relative distance fome dining table have been particularly valuable for us to finalise the kitchen layout.

Wickes kitchen design service is highly recommended to new home owners and families who plan to renew their existing kitchens.

We are very happy with our bathroom and en-suite. The experience of Wickes as a business was chaotic at best but the fitting by Simon and the team at Red Dragon was great. They were reliable, efficient and had great attention to detail.

The design phase for our new kitchen and bathroom has been made easy and enjoyable by the skill and attention to detail of the Wickes designer Guido Raffaelli. He contributed excellent ideas that built on ours; it felt like a great collaboration.

This is a nice store but I have had difficulty twice in returning items. I bought a paint roller which did not fit the sleeve in spite of being marked as the correct size. The supervisor would only give me a 50% discount as a small label had been removed. It was returned within a few hours in perfect condition. The supervisor was rude to me. I would not ever shop there again if there was a similar DIY store in the town where I live.

The bathroom designer Jenny put some lovely deisgns together fir us at Wiches and did a site visit to measure up.

Very pleased with the work done in the bathroom.

Wickes made the experience of having a complete kitchen refitting stress free the works carried out by professional fitter to high quality, everything delivered on time.
Found the design phase easy to assess what was possible, generally very pleased with the outcome

I would like to thank Guido at wickes Bicester for his amazing service,his attentiveness and attention to detail on helping us choose a kitchen. He has put in so much work and effort and been incredible helpful through the whole kitchen design. Totally reccomend him snd his knowledge amd ability to make dreams come true been a pleasure to deal with him.

Jennifer the kitchen designer was amazing with her service. She came into work on her day off just so that she could give us an appointment on a suitable time for us. Just ordered our new kitchen and can’t wait to see it. Highly recommend.

Purchasing some insulation to complete a DIY project and operations manager Vicky kindly saved me over £60 by advising me of some damaged stock that was being sold at a discounted £5 per item.

Been in multiple times over the last two weeks regarding materials for a series of projects. Some involved orders for delivery and both kev and Julie were fantastic in dealing with the orders whilst somehow remaining attentive to other customers. Thanks Wickes team - will be returning
