Wickes - Borehamwood Avis

My kitchen designer Mrs Ved did a terrific job on my kitchen, Mrs ved was there for me at every part of the process.

Me and my partner have just bought our own place and we were really struggling with what materials we needed to help us get going, I must say Suhail’s knowledge in tiles, bathrooms and kitchens is amazing!! But overall his customer service was outstanding, made my entire wicks experience in Borehamwood smooth

I was served at the Borehamwood store by your customer adviser Luke, he was very polite and helpful and went out of his way to find me the products that I needed.

This is my local store and have visited well over 50 times thru the years.

Today I received a service from Dulcy & Kam that went beyond the usual service and I cannot recommend this store high enough.

I visited today hoping to find a few items, though I was unsure if they were the right ones. Fortunately, the staff provided excellent assistance, especially Hameem, who helped me select exactly what I needed.

Jason was super super friendly and knowledgeable. All customer service should be like this.

Whilst in store I saw the Communities Project advertised. I am a Reception Class Teacher and I love gardening and run a gardening club after school with a colleague. Our growing beds are looking a little sad so I applied for new tools and topsoil. This was granted and I collected the materials just before the half term holiday. We are now looking forward to the weather brightening up so we can get growing. Thank you Wickes for your support and enabling the children to develop a love of growing.

Yesterday I had the pleasure to visit your store, I was looking for something specific and couldn’t find it.

Lucky I asked, possibly the most helpful assistant I have ever come across whilst visiting such a store as yours. He couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful I just thought it worthwhile commenting upon.

His name is Jason Cook, Incessantly, my wife also visited the store today and was served at the till by a lovely lady who’s skills and understanding were also impressive.

The staff in Wickes Borehamwood are always friendly helpful and knowledgeable and will advise what you need for your project they will point you to the correct items Jason is very helpful and always smiling and a great helper. Store stocked well and I nearly always find what I need and it's tidy in store.
My only complaint is the carpark it's not kept clean any rubbish and building meterial that are left are not cleaned up which is not welcoming that's why 4 stars.

Wickes in Borehamwood generously donated towards our school EYFS outdoor area as a part of their community project scheme. The resources made such a difference to our children’s learning environment and we are very grateful. The team in store were incredibly helpful!

Jason is a great asset to Wickes in every way! He is always friendly and welcoming. He has great knowledge and is always interested in my diy projects, often giving good advice and suggestions. I really value his professionalism.

Jason was very helpful to choose a paint and utilities needed for the use.

the customer service was quite top notch. a young chap named charlie i believe, helped me find the correct tile and also was quite friendly.

The fitter that installed my bathroom is a real asset to Wickes, his name is Betu. He's polite, clean, hard working and his work is immaculate. He is reliable and always on time. He even returned to fit a mirror that was never delivered by Wickes so I had to order from another company. I text him to say that the replacement mirror had arrived, 2 weeks after him initially completing the job, except the mirror, he came the following day to fit. Would have him do work for me every day of the week. Thanks Betu
