Wickes - Bradford Avis 

Came in a few days. Have to say the staff in this store were excellent! Lucaas was a great help and so was Vicky on tills. Keep up the good work!

Excellent Customer service provided on every occasion I have attended this store, The staff extremely helpful when you can’t find certain products. Also, the information and knowledge of their products is brilliant. They also provide you fantastic advice about which products will be good to use when asked about. The staff and management are always available and deal with any issues I have had professionally and immediately. I always recommend friends and family to go to this store due the excellent customer service and friendly staff. I would like particularly like mention Aqib who has always been extremely polite, professional and very helpful on the last few occasions I have visited the store.

I have previously bought a kitchen from Wickes, and while I was passing through Bradford to visit a friend I thought I would call in to the local store to purchase a few items I needed. I was a little surprised when I first saw the store as it looks a little bit “older” than my local store and certainly didn’t appear as inviting. But to not judge a book by it’s cover, I went in to the store and was immediately lost and needed some help finding the bits I was after. I asked the lady that was on the till if anyone was free and she called for someone, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Craig, who was very polite and knowledgable and helped me with all the bits I required, and even processed the sale through the till for us. This just goes to show that good customer service doesn’t need a fancy store!

Bradford Ingelby road.
This store has good people in it - kind and friendly in particular, Jim. He was so helpful and i spent an extra 20mins in the store because i felt comfortable. Jo, Tamara and Lisa were great. I even opened a trade pro account with Lisa. I will be recommending this Bradford Wickes store on ingelby road branch. for all of friends and family. Thank you Team Wickes Bradford.

Really come back in recent months. Well stocked, tidy, & really nice staff. Asma on the tills is always bright and so helpful

Came in the morning dealt with abid. How amazing.100/10 excellent service with a wall paper stripping.

Then came back 3 hours later dealt with John same amazing 100/10. Helped with a radiator key.

Honestly been to b and q and toolstayion station today but the service at wickes girlington bradford was beyond what I expected. Well done keep it up.
