Staffing knowledge and assistance
I recently visited our Brentwood store although smaller than other stores always has had the best intentions at heart whenever you are stuck or struggling with a problem the team are always willing to assist and are very dog friendly. Our most recent experience with the Brentwood store was amazing as always the nice young cashier Anthony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was keen to assist us with our purchases the date of transaction was the 17th of April around 15:45 and was only too pleased to interact with our dog as were most of the staff

A Legend Customer Adviser
Was looking for the items I needed and couldn't find them. Then Atlnthony popped up and asked if he could assist me, which he sure did and was absolutely brilliant as I left with everything I came in for. He knew where all my items were without hesitation. Such a nice man, really respectful and helpful. I'd say he is a legend!

Wickes brentwood.
Booked in an appointment with wickes, was excited to get our bathroom done. A bloke rung us up and said ill be around on Friday and it's going to cost 8 to 12 grand. We were a little surprised because we hadn't discussed anything we wanted. He turned up on the Friday, walked into the bathroom and he said this is going to cost 10 to 12 grand again without a discussion about what we wanted. He asked if were prepared to pay 10 grand and I asked him for what, he said a new bathroom lol. I asked him to leave. Terrible service and an absolute waste of my time.
Not 1 item was shown to us, just dodgy salesman wanting a quick sale. Saw my house and thought I'll get these. He did not.
GET A BATHROOM FITTER IN AND BUY IT FROM VICTORIA PLUMB. WORKS OUT HALF THE PRICE
You have my details as requested and you done nothing with the information. To be expected I guess. But why bother asking for the details?
