Today was the first time i’ve ever been…
Today was the first time i’ve ever been to a Wickes store and it was above my expectations. Store was clean, tidy and well laid out. Not to mention the customer service, where i was greeted at the door by Yasmin who offered me help. Definitely a store i’ll be visiting again in the future.

Wickes in town at long last!
I’ve waited too long for Wickes to move to Bury St Edmunds, and my first visit did not diappoint.
Well stocked with good product range, clean and well laid out. (You could argue that a brand new store should be!).
Staff were helpful, friendly and polite (special mention for Yasmin) which always helps!
Other diy supetstores in the area will have to pull their socks up if they are to survive now that Wickes are in town!!

New Bury St. Edmunds Store
Very impressed with layout of new store. Everything logically displayed and accessible. Several staff asked if we needed help as we were wandering around. When we did need help we were assisted by Hollie and Ellen who went above and beyond our expectations and as the products were not in stock made us a web order for home delivery. Overall very impressed.

Great first visit

Visited the new store in Bury St Edmund’s on its opening day, I expected it clean and organised and have to say it looked and felt fantastic. Loved the kitchens. Plenty of staff around all seemed to be happy to help. Ladies on the front were very friendly. Excellent work Wickes.

Bury st Edmunds store
Bury st Edmunds store. This is a brand new store opened today, so as you would expect fully stocked and everything is shiny and new. Looks well set out and well stocked not just full but with all those essentials. Served at the till by Yasmin a super polite and efficient lady who even laughed politely at my attempt at a little joke. If the staff are all like her it will be a pleasure to shop there.
