We would like to thank Teresa and Laura at Wicks Chadwell Heath for the amazing donation of paint and wood preserver to help give our local community farm a spring spruce. Designer was not onsite
Booked an appointment online for 06.05.26 at 6.00pm but received a call from Wickes to inform appointment has been cancelled and should be rearranged for as the designer was out of office and will be in on 08.05.26.
Rearranged appointment for 08.05.26 for 5.30pm and visited store on time (5.26pm) but to surprise no one was in design office. Enquired customer service they informed design team left for the day long time ago.
Waisted time and effort.

Front end staff are amazing. Great customer service. Didn’t have to wait for my click & collect, also needed some help to locate a product which was no bother some young lady showed me where the products was. Very helpful
