Wickes - Crewe Avis 

My order was ready within 10 mins. Great service and pleasant wìth it.

We visited the store and was assisted by Andrew Critchley, he understood our needs for the kitchen, made suggestions for practical reasons, and assisted us with choosing the right products.
We changed the worktop and added an extra cupboard, and nothing was too much trouble.
We move on to the fit.... we were taking a wall down and linking the dining are to the kitchen, so a big job.
After the kitchen was booked in to be fitted with
Andy and Ethan Cain, and a week before the work started, my Father passed away. We were unsure whether to continue, however, we did, and we are so happy we did.
Andy and Ethan came into our home when we were at our lowest, however, they were amazing, compassionate, caring, gave us the space when funeral directors came, etc even worked the bank holiday so they wouldn't work on the day of the funeral.
So, how do I put into words their fitting.....
I have never experienced this level of perfection, every day, re levelled ever unit, triple checked measurements, their go to was the spirit level, everything was checked, re checked, and checked again, the attention to detail, skilled cutting of the worktop and units, suggestions made to slightly tweek something so it looked nice, the attention to my mums disability and making it easier for her going forward. They arrived same time every day, worked tirelessly, and cleanly, clearing up daily, made life easier for us during the 4 week project.
so to try and summarise, prompt, precise, professional, understanding, knowledgeable, clean ultimate professionals, and the best workmen I have seen in a long time, even brought own brewing stufff...nothing was too much trouble, and the aftercare once installed is amazing,, they don't leave you just because the jobs done, on hand even helped us with our flooring issues with another contractor...
what a hard act for any workman to follow!
Thanks to Andy Critchley, Andy and Ethan Cain for everything, you came into our lives and house during the worst time for us, but you was so respectful, dignified, and did anything possible too spare us stress, without us even knowing,

Was looking for undercoat in Crewe store and asked a young worker. She didn’t even let me finish my question before she sent me to an aisle. Couldn’t find it so asked someone else. She knew she had got it wrong and when I told her she had misdirected me she just smirked and when I said what no apology she shrugged her shoulders. All it takes is an honest apology to make good customer service but no she was too cocky to even try and provide any kind of good customer service.

Loving my new kitchen , from start to finish Wickes have come up trumps both at the shop and for the installation. The quality of the units and the installation top class ! Thanks to All

After having our bathroom designed and fitted by wickes (crewe) we didn't need to go anywhere else.we used douglas Richards again as his knowledge was excellent and he didnt dissapoint with our kitchen/dinner design.our fitters were father &son team andy and eithan cain who were very understanding with what we wanted there input was first class there experience was as good as it gets.nothing was a problem for them and we had a few issues but they sorted everything out and just carried on and got on with the job a big thank you to you both.the kitchen is amazing once again thank you doug,andy and eithan

My whole bathroom order has been a disaster from start to finish. After a promising design appointment, their approved installer gave me a massively inflated quote for the job and claimed they couldn't do most of what I wanted and they refused to find an alternative so I arranged an independent installer instead who could do the job for far less. After several emails to them and call attempts (some on hold for 30 minutes) spanning months, I never once had communication from the person appointed to oversee my order. When the order arrived there were items missing with no explanation. The lady I finally got through to at the experience centre then at least tried to help and admitted it has been a huge mess. Thought it would be an easy project but based on my experience I would not use them again.
