Wickes - Cricklewood Avis 

I had an excellent experience at Wickes in Cricklewood. I had an appointment with Sabry Ali and I would highly recommend his services. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in providing us the best service possible in consulting for a new bathroom. He was incredibly understanding, patient, and very conscious of our budget which made our client experience excellent. I would recommend Wickes and Sabry Ali when consulting.

Booked a home consultation for a new bathroom. Seemed ok at the time but it’s now been a month now and I’ve heard nothing..not even sure how to follow up. Just really bad service and feels like they are disinterested.

Sabry Ali was very helpful and had great product knowledge. Extremely patient, understanding and accommodated all our needs. Excellent customer service.

Designer was very knowledgeable about the kitchens and able to quickly grasp what we wanted and the best configurations possible.

Met with a kitchen design consultant at Cricklewood who only gave me 30 mins of my 1 hour appointment claiming he had to rush off to a home visit. He promised to complete the quote, plan and send next day. Nothing ever came

I would really love to have given Wickes five stars for my new bathroom following excellent work by the designer, the dedication of the installer, and the quality of the hardware. But one silly mistake spoilt it all. The main delivery from the store arrived as scheduled, the four others direct from manufacturers were delivered to the wrong address, despite me being in almost daily contact with an apparently impotent Customer Services. A £260 worktop was just dumped outside the wrong address. Despite instructions to get a signature, the courier falsely put my name down as having received it. The occupants later refused delivery of a £500 shower unit which was sent back to the manufacturer. It was unbelievably sent out again to the wrong address and then re-sent back again to the manufacturer. Getting a refund for this and another item took a lot of patience.

I purchased a bucket of paint and a roller to be delivered to me in NW1 area. The delivery driver came to deliver and left my delivery in a walkway in my building. My order was stolen and Wickes came back to say they do not deliver in block of flats. Wickes stated that they deliver on the kerb or road side. Wickes why is this not on your website before orders are placed? Disgusting 🤮 I want my refund

Amazing service from Sabry Ali, he measured our whole kitchen and designed a beautiful kitchen for us. Was very patient & suggested improvements/ideas that we did not think of to create more space in the kitchen.

Omar was amazing and excellent so kind helpful engaging and caring I am new to paint shopping and picking colors he helped me with everything. His manner conduct and service skills were 100% he went above and beyond to help me. I was so grateful as I find wickes intimidating as I don’t know how to find paint colors gloss Matt etc. Omar is fantastic at his job and you are very lucky to have him. Please make sure he sees my message and he knows how good he is at his job. He is the best. Thank him so much from me.

We had a positive experience at Wickes in Cricklewood. Sabry spent a long time with us designing our Kitchen and answering our questions. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Wickes if you are looking to refurbish your home.
