Wickes - Dorking Avis

Had a really good experience this morning in Wickes. An employee by the name of Dan at the Dorking Store helped me to load up a trolly with fire resistant plasterboard and then load it in the van . Thanks

When I went into the store Craig directed me to the correct aisle for my purchase and then helped me take it to the car. He was helpful cheerful and very polite. Great shopping experience!

Craig served me today and on many other occasions at the Dorking branch. Myself and my husband have only had great and friendly service here. We can find most things that we need at this branch and very convenient for us.

We had the pleasure of working with Julie Barrett who helped to design a bespoke bathroom for our new home. Julie was attentive to detail, listened to all of our requirements and created a wonderful design that went beyond our expectations. She was also very patient with some changes we wanted to make during the design and purchase. And throughout she was professional and polite. We would highly recommend working with Julie and the Wickes team. We look forward to doing so again when we renovate our kitchen!

Wickes of Dorking installed a brand new kitchen in November and I have been extremely impressed. Dominic sat with me for an hour while we made the initial plans followed by a site visit and then a further consultation. After selecting all the materials and appliances Martin the installer made a site visit and then made a few amendments and recommendations. Wickes offered me a 3yr interest free loan which was very appealing. The installation went perfectly. I am very happy with my new kitchen and I can’t praise Dominic at Dorking and Martin the installer who were so attentive and professional. Highly recommended.

So friendly and very helpful Craig went above and beyond to help

Very helpful young man, kindly offered to lift heavy logs into my car.
Thank you Craig

Craig at your Dorking branch was very helpful, assisting me with a heavy load into my car

Craig in the Dorking branch was so helpful when I called in to collect my order and buy some other bits. It made buying DIY bits so much easier for a retired housewife turned decorator.

Allways a positive experience at Wickes Craig was very helpful with a good attitude, and he always seems happy in his work.

I can't praise Julie Barrett from Dorking Wicks highly enough. She is pleasent and very good at her job. The wicks team made my bathroom job very easy, and am very pleased with the finished result. I am now considering the kitchen, and am sure this will be equally as good, as she came to do a home visit today.

Very helpful assistants.
Craig found what I couldn’t locate. Thanks.

I have walking issues and on entering the store a young man call Craig immediately came forward with offers of help to save my wasting what little movement I have. Located my requires so quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Thanks so much to Craig in the Dorking Wicks, what a breath of fresh air he was so helpful went over and above. Thank you Craig

Today I went to the Dorking branch and was met by Craig at the checkout. Craig was most helpful in helping me decide which smokeless fuel to buy. Craig then helpfully carried the 3 bags to the boot of my car for me. It is nice to not have someone being miserable when helping a member of the public. It would encourage me to shop at Wickes again.

Thankyou Wickes Dorking for choosing Betchworth and Buckland Children’s Nursery for this month’s community donation programme. The staff i spoke to were friendly and helpful. Thankyou for donating wood and tools for our kids to use in their 1-2-1 woodwork activity. The kids absolutely love this activity and we weren’t able to run it due to a lack of wood. We are now all set to teach the kids these key skills and i’m sure have alot of fun. Thanks wonderful team!!

Always found staff at Dorking Wickes very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Craig who helped me with packing the car.
