Great customer service
Very nice man called Alister in the Dorking Wickes helped me find all the stuff I needed, gave good advice and loaded my car. Very helpful and polite staff. Great customer service.

I had a return to do and buy tiles for kitchen and bath. Tommy helped with it. He was very friendly and respectful and also helped in to load all the goods.

Helpful staff
Tidy store and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff, couldn't find a specific paint colour I wanted so the manager offered to order it in for me, very good service will be coming back for my next DIY requirements

Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean floors & tidy shelves and very easy to navigate, it’s safe to say I’ve found my new favourite store. As someone who finds DIY quite daunting, I felt at ease and confident that I was given the best service and advice for my needs. THANK YOU WICKES DORKING!

Craig went above and beyond…
Craig went above and beyond to assist us in getting the right colour and type of paint. He was friendly engaging and respectful Craig mixed the paint for us and ensured that the lids were on tight for transporting.
It was great to have someone like Craig identify we needed assistance and then engage with us and help solve the problem.

Wickes Dorking
We normally use the Dorking branch of Wickes. We always manage to find someone knowledgeable and helpful to assist us. Craig, who is normally on the checkout tills is always professional, friendly and helpful. Altogether, Dorking is a nice branch to visit.

Stunning kitchen
I purchased my kitchen from Wickes in Dorking. The kitchen is stunning and looks better then anticipated. From start to finish it was an excellent service. Julie Barratt was the designer who gave us great ideas for a small space. Jason Thompson was our installer who was amazing,knowledgeable and experienced in installing units, electrics and plumbing. So happy with results.
