Wickes - Hanger Lane Avis 

I much prefer the Hanger Lane store since it’s had its update. Hadz is always helpful and cheerful too.

The store had everything I needed and staff very helpful.

I had a wonderful end to end experience with Steph at the Hanger Lane Wickes store. I needed to buy bathroom tiles for a house renovation and being disabled with back surgery i cannot lift anything at all. Steph was more than happy to help put the tiles on the trolley for me and put them also in my car boot! This was extremely life saving help from Steph! I really appreciate this support! We had to change our delivery dates on the tiles too many times as the builder was on holiday and the works were stalled, But the manager Ali was exceptional as he went out of his was to help us reschedule our delivery date on 3 occasion. He was very courteous, polite and professional. Great to have a manager like him.

The service from Pam was excellent. She was so helpful and gave me some really information and was very knowledgeable about the products available.

My many thanks to Michelle and Steff at the Hanger Lane Wickes. They were both very helpful in getting the product needed in a very timely manner. Both staff members were friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work and we will return to shop at Wickes.

I would like to mention Hedz for all the support given while shopping at Wickes Hanger Lane.

I came in looking for a particular type of sand, and needed help, I approached Primrose, who was as delightful as her name! She took me to the sand area, she tried to find the one I needed, when it wasn't there, she took the product code, and tried to search for it on the computer, and find me an alternative store, that I could go to, when I told her I wouldn't be going to an alternative store, she then helped me find an alternative sand for my needs, which worked for me really well, and I bought two bags, she also offered me a trolley. She was lovely!

I was really impressed with Michal Asid who was our designer at your Wickes Hager Lane branch, I can just say that he was very profession and knowledgable. I was fascinated by how quickly and accurately he designed my kitchen for me. I was so pleased I then decided that I would add a further two purchases of bathrooms with installation through Michal. His follow up since my purchase has been fantastic and the after sales has been prompt and very helpful. I cannot recommend him highly enough to his future customer, he is certainly in the right job.
