Wickes - Hedge End Avis 

I recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes. Everything was handled by Lee Miller and he was truly outstanding, from the initial conversation to personally checking that the installation had been done to a very high standard. There were a few complications and changes from my side that Lee handled with empathy and without any fuss. It's rare in my view to experience excellent customer service these days and I have to commend Lee for providing an amazing experience. Great job!

Katie was so helpful and catered to our every need. She was very professional and efficient whilst being kind and friendly at the same time. She is a credit to the team.

Nicky was fantastic very helpful focused on our needs and what we wanted wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need she was always available if we needed any help and was a great co ordinator
The kitchen and bathroom fitters were brilliant very professional and nothing was to much trouble very punctual when there was a problem with the mains electricity they went above and beyond to sort it out customer service kept in touch to make sure everything was ok I can thoroughly recommend Nicky the fitters and the rest of the team at Wickes 10 out of 10

Katie Dacombe was very helpful on several occasions when we were looking at bathroom furniture in the store. She answered all our questions. We subsequently made an appointment for the bathroom design service. Katie was very efficient and professional. Overall we had a very positive experience at Wickes.

It was a pleasure meeting with Holly from the Hedge end store,she was friendly, knowledgeable and gave very clear information on all of Wickes products relative to the proposed kitchen. We are looking forward to meeting with her again to hopefully order our kitchen 5 star experience.

Had Nicky as my bathroom designer, fantastic service, and was on hand to deal with anything. Courier who delivered my tiles and flooring refused to deliver to my door, I refused the order, contacted Wickes and the manager delivered it himself. Fitter was OK, until I had issues with the shower draining. I now have a field engineer coming out to inspect, as the fitter no longer works for them. Store, and customer service centre have been brilliant

Very pleased with installation of Bathroom! Kept up to date with delivery times etc! And always somebody there to answer any quires , The chap that installed it, was very pleasant and efficient and explained everything as he went, couldn’t fault him,

We brought our shower room from Wicks and the parts came with a 5yr warranty.Our shower head washer perished within 2.5yr but manufacturers said that part only had 2yr warranty.
When I told Lee this he said he would investigate this further and managed to get a whole new shower head for us.All this was done very quickly and always kept updating us with progress.He was very helpful and professional.

Nicky! Nicky was amazing throughout our kitchen experience she went above and beyond day and night to create our dream kitchen!

NoWe brought a kitchen and it has been a absolute nightmare. The cupboards started to bubble after 3 months and wicks blames us. The designer deliberately made mistakes to keep the cost down to lure us in. Like not purchasing the dish washer or taps and so we had to buy them later. Customer service blames us for the bubbles but many of the cupboards we had delivered had bubbles on them so they had to order more. When we mention this to the wattenty team they said there was no recorded of faulty cupboard being deluverd. They must of sent us about eight faulty cupboards. Do not buy any thing from them. Its ruin what should of been a dream kitchen. I now have to spend more money sorting the mess they have caused.

Update: still no refund apparently now there is an IT issue which has been the case since Friday. Unbelievably I did get a call to arrange delivery…..apparently none of your advisors look at accounts before making calls!

5 months and bathroom still not installed, date offered would mean a 7 month wait. Requested a full refund as by anyone’s standards this is not acceptable. Told by customer relations this may not be possible and permission would have to be given from a manager. Appalling service (the only good experience was our time with your designer).

Design was exactly what we were looking for, given the dimensions. The Wickes designer, Nicky was helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, fixtures and appliances. Follow up help and advice was prompt. Would recommend her for anyone looking at getting a new kitchen.

We had our kitchen designed by Joe and fitted by Chris and Callum. We are so delighted with the finished product and can't speak highly enough of the service we received and work completed.
Joe designed our kitchen with speed and precision - knowing exactly what we were looking for, and grasping the concept of our design perfectly. He also suggested some alterations that made our layout even better. Joe oversaw the work remotely and with a home visit - and was super quick to resolve any queries or extra deliveries required.
Chris and Callum went above and beyond to help us stick to schedule, even when we had a few snags. Their work is impeccable and we are so pleased with the finish!

Joe was really helpful at getting a kitchen plan put together. I had several appointments and home visit at times convenient to me. His advice about deliveries was really useful and some changes/extras needed adding when the kitchen was being fitted which were no problem.

We had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Designed by Joe and fitted by Simon (Kitchen) and Neil (bathroom). All were excellent and various minor snags/changes of plan along the way were handled well by all, We are very pleased with our kitchen and bathroom - thanks all!

During the design of our kitchen, Lee took great care to guide us through the art of the possible, he attentively listened, offered good advice and delivered a great service. During installation, the elected contractor was highly professional and completed the install to an extremely high standard. Aftersale care has been excellent.
