Lee has made the whole process so easy - and very nice to have a cuppa with him when he came out to measure. He's incredibly patient and finds a way to make things work. He has good ideas for design and has a real feel for what I wanted to achieve. Thank you Lee

Had an excellent experience with our kitchen design. Home visit followed by instore design. Holly Hawley full understood our brief and captured everything we’d asked for and also came up with some brilliant ideas we hadn’t thought of.. would highly recommend her and is an asset to her store.

Having initially chosen my local hedge end store on the web site, I ordered 3 strips of wood online, all in stock....
My single order was picked and I was notified with a single PIN ref no.
On arrival I find that, although 'all in stock', part of my order was sitting at the Southampton store! Several miles away.
This is not the first time this has happened but luckily Luis,a member of staff checked on the shop floor, found the missing item (which was in stock) and cleared up the imbalance with the Southampton store. Once again staff members step in and clear up the consequences of a flaky web site.

I placed a C&C for 6 bags of topsoil, when I got to collect them, I selected the option to bring them to my car and I got the assistance of Matty which was wonderful.

Ordered attic boards. Good price. Delivery only £4. Delivered the next morning. Could track the van so knew it was coming. Ray stacked the boards exactly where I wanted them. Excellent service!!

Easy to use website. Great communication around delivery Ray the CitySprint driver was helpful, cheerful and punctual!

I was promised delivery on Saturday because I work Monday - Friday. I ordered everything from Wickes because I wanted everything in one delivery from one place, without continuous deliveries from different stores. The delivery arrived on Saturday (3.05) but incomplete. They promised to send another one but already on Friday (9.05) - I had to take the day off. On Friday, only one thing was delivered to me. Nobody told me when the rest of the things and I still don't know. And I'm waiting for the kitchen counter. I can't finish the kitchen, I have to take additional days off (nobody pays me when I'm not working). The manager of the point where I ordered the kitchen also doesn't know when the counter will arrive. In general, Wickes is, in my opinion, an unreliable company that doesn't respect customers' time. If I had known that it would be like this, I would never have ordered a kitchen through them. Waste of time and money.

Recently had a new kitchen installation and I must say the experience has exceeded our expectations from the designer Lee at Hedge End Southampton who designed our perfect kitchen to the delivery team and the care they took with our delivery and finally Curt who did an exceptional job faultlessly installing our new impressive kitchen.Throughout we had great communication and regular updates from every department we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the quality price and service that Wickes at Hedge End Southampton have provided .

I'd made a mistake with my click & collect, but Luis solved it so I didn't need to drive to another store. Thanks Luis, you saved my day 👍

Ordered 3fence panels supposed to pressure treated. Looked at them yesterday Full of knots! And saw dust so have not been dipped! As stated.Guaranteed for 15years against rot these won’t last very long as they look raw if they had been dipped they would not be full of sawdust surely. So will not be buying anymore from wicks

I really wasn’t looking forward to even thinking about having a new kitchen, larder and laundry room , it all felt too overwhelming so we went into Wickes and met Nicky Gibbons, a designer. She assured us that yes it was a big project but something that she was happy to help with. We gave her some ideas on what we wanted and gave her free rein to show us how she thought the spaces would/could be better utilised. We were not disappointed, the finished designs are fabulous.

The fitter Jacek was very capable and a very tidy workman. The quality of the kitchen units and worktops are fantastic, we are really pleased how it all came together.

There is nothing we could have done to improve Nicky’s vision. We absolutely love the space she has given us.

We met a lovely chap named Joseph Lifton at our nearest branch, as we had been contemplating a new kitchen for some time. He was really helpful, understanding and informative and we finally got our dream kitchen. He responded swiftly to all my emails if we had any queries. Our installer, Hartridge & Son Ltd' was also amazing and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, booking a website consutation for a kitchen design was very easy, Our design consultant, Lee Miller was extremeley knowledable and very helpful and also provided alternatives and other suggestions which helped the process go very smoothly. After design a home visit was arranged to confirm all dimensions etc were correct, we have been kept fully up to date with all deliverry dates and arrangments.
We have also found all other staff very helpful and friendly when visiting the store at Hedge End.

Holly helped us plan our kitchen, she showed all the options and explained what would work best. She was knowledgeable and very helpful, I would highly recommend.

Its been almost a year since we have complained to Wickes about their bathroom, we have done everything they asked us for even invited an independent inspector to assess the bathroom. The bathroom is leaking through to the kitchen ceiling, freshly installed new ceiling!! They do not care, they have not send anyone to fix anything! They have not agreed to allow a third party person to come and fix their mistakes. I AM NOW PREGNANT AND I CANNOT USE MY SHOWER DUE TO A LEAK, I HAVE TO GO TO THE NEAR BY GYM!!!!! Absolutely disgusting! We were supposed to sell the house last summer! Now we are facing with higher stamp duty, me being pregnant will affect the ability to move and buy the new house. This has been an absolute nightmare! TAKE THE BATHROOM AWAY FROM US IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT! We will get someone else! THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE LEAK! THE STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING CAN GIVE IN ANY MOMENT!
