Luis was so helpful! He lifted the heavy bags of adhesive I needed and put them in the car boot for me which was such a relief.

Very helpful staff
I regularly shop at Wickes Hedge End. Staff are always very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The management team have swiftly and competently solved any issue that I’ve had in the past. I have also had experiences with the showroom team and have found the design consultants very friendly and the showroom manager extremely helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lee…
Absolutely fantastic service from Lee Miller at Wickes Hedge End when we wanted a new kitchen. We had several quotes from so called professionals at other venues but nothing gave us the confidence to go ahead as Lee did. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Did a click and collect of 6 bags of bark much bigger and heavier than I thought , click and collect done really fast and Taylor very helpful and put in my car. Good service .

Great service
Chris Browne at wickes hedge end provided a great service to my elderly parents. He organised the design and installation of their new kitchen and also assisted with all the admin as they are not the ‘online generation’. Chris took them through the whole process and I can’t thank him enough and the kitchen looks great!

Great experience
Being a single mum of two, I certainly put off the drips and the damp corners in the house etc. Given the kids are back at school soon, I’m ready to give the house a little belated TLC! I went into the shop to make sure I got the right items (knowing definitely needed a hand). I believe the gentleman who helped me was Luis C. (I was a little frazzled), he was very lovely and patient with all my questions and gave me some advice which were very helpful - I can’t thank him enough!
Shopping in this branch definitely was not as daunting as I imagined, shop floor was clean and everyone was friendly - highly recommended
