Wickes - Leeds Moor Allerton Avis 

Had a brilliant interaction with a member of staff called Mark. Me and my partner were looking for paint and other items for home improvements and that's when we came across Mark. He provided us with excellent customer service as well as great advice and tips to help us along the way for our DIY project. Cheers for your help!

Meet a manager his name was mark we was talking about paint need to no the best paint to do my living room we then pick paint to do my walls and wood work he was full of advice

We had the knowledge of a great young manager named Mark at the Leeds Moor Allerton branch.
While we were looking for a new kitchen.
He gave us very good advise and we came away with some really good ideas to think about.

I dealt with a lad called Milos Belomarkovic what an amazing gentleman I came in looking for a new bathroom and he managed to help me out from start to finish!

Super happy with my bathroom and installation. Thanks to Miles Belomarkovic the designer we have the family bathroom we’ve waited 5 years for.

I’ve been really impressed with the service at Wickes Moor Allerton, especially from my designer at the store, Sarah Barnes, who has been helping me with my new kitchen and bathroom. Sarah is truly excellent at her craft - her attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge have been outstanding from start to finish. She took the time to listen carefully to my ideas, needs, and budget, and worked with me to design a space that’s going to look absolutely beautiful.

Sarah has gone above and beyond to support me throughout the process, always ensuring everything runs smoothly and that I feel confident in each decision. I’m soon to be the proud owner of the store’s first dusty pink kitchen, and I couldn’t be more excited!

I went into Wickes Moor Allerton to buy some paint for our living room. Having not really bought paint before the staff member was very helpful and extremely knowledgable, she advised me on the type of paint I need for the doors and walls and then helped me with the rollers and brushes. Lola is an absolute credit to Wickes.

I would highly recommend designer Sarah Barnes at Moor Allerton in Leeds. Sarah made the whole process smooth and ensured I understood everything throughout. I have used Sarah a couple of times to design my dads bathroom and mine and she was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use her again. Thanks Sarah.

I have just had my bathroom redesigned and fitted by wickes at moor allerton, a big mention to Sarah who came to the flat to look at the old bathroom and redesigned it into something really special, and to Iain and his team for fitting the bathroom expertly, i would recommend them to anyone, and i am looking forward to my kitchen being done in january

I came into Wikes with my Grandson last week. Miss Barr who knows him from school was extremely helpful. She explained what I need to do and what to buy.

We wanted a new bathroom. We came to Wickes Moor Allerton and met Sarah Barnes the bathroom designer. She was brilliant. She came to our house checked out the old bathroom and designed our new one. She designed a beautiful bathroom and guided us through the whole process with all the various costings involved. With her help we chose beautiful tiles and bathroom fittings. She managed to accommodate the bath and large shower in accordance with our wishes.The design is beautiful.
Sarah has been in constant touch with us and arranged Steve to come and complete his survey. The great news is that everything will be done from ripping out the old tiles etc to the new tiling and bathroom fittings. We don’t pay until we are happy with the work and get full guarantees. Steve comes to fit in January so will update when completed!

Brilliant customer service from Matty at the Wickes new store at Leeds Moor Allerton. He was exceptionally helpful and helping me decide on which colour paint to go for. Thank you.

Came in today for paint samples and decorating equipment. Maxine was so so helpful and very friendly. She helped us find a few things in store as it’s our first visit since opening. 10/10 service.

Last minute cancellation for a pre-booked kitchen measure - then received a request to leave a review.

The designer didn’t turn up went to another job miles away and didn’t bother to phone and tell me. I had to ring store three times to find out. Now have to wait another week - the poor man in store got the flack but it wasn’t his fault. Wickes should now have put me in urgently as it was their error but am told ‘they are busy’. Disgraceful.

Needed help and advice on which products would fit/work best in a small shower room. Quentin was extremely knowledgeable and gave good sound advice, guiding us in the right direction for what to choose. He had made it all a lot clearer and easier. We will be purchasing everything we need from Wickes as a result of our consultation.

I visited Wickes Moor Allerton in Leeds for the first time since it opened. Nice, clean store but spoiled by a miserable, unhelpful member of staff on the checkout. Not even a smile, and a simple question met with a grunt and a put-down. Not the way to win over new customers, Wickes - I doubt I'll be back.

I bought coloured Dulux paint online from Wickes then decided, because of shortage of time, that it would be be best to just paint walls and ceiling white. The returns policy said items would be collected or returned to store. As I didn't want to be tied to waiting in for a collection I drove 20 miles to my nearest store at Moor Allerton in Leeds to return it. The assistant spent a good ten minutes on the phone getting the return authorised and then told me my refund would appear in my account within 14 days. She was unable to give me a receipt, as, I was told, they have to wait until AzkoNobel collect the item. I felt very uncomfortable leaving the store without evidence of my return but was assured that it would all go through. I wasn't happy and did a chat online, again to be assured that the refund would be made, and also contacted AzkoNobel to explain the situation to them. Almost a month on, AN has not collected the item and Wickes has not refunded me. I'm really disgusted by all of this, am still battling to get back the £46 they owe me but will never buy from Wickes online again.

After communications with Scott, who took on the issue, and was very helpful, the refund finally came through.

Very helpful staff! Bakko was incredibly helpful, loads of knowledge, really friendly! Made it miles easier for me.
